Reg: not getting proper service
Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased 10 scooty for sell them into market, i hve my own shop in khyala, near keshopur depot, new delhi.
So, the main problem for me is that no body is going to purchase your mahindera duro because of not getting proper services from you and Moreover they compare dis product with activa(Honda)which is more comfortable from Duro.
So, please contact me or solve my problem and i also have 25 years experience in this moto field and that true.(why customers are not purchasing your product).

Respected Sir,
I am a customer of your company since July 2009. My two wheeler flyte Engine No.: PFEPE211035, Chassis no.: MCDPF181V91E04459, Registration No.: AS 03F-6663; Meter reading 8500 km has always been serviced at Modi Disel service station at Tinsukia. But I am really upset with the kind of response I got from dealer. I gave my scooter for repairing four times causing the same problem to the show room people. But still they did not repair it properly. What should I do? They are not looking to the scooter repair seriously. Is this what Mahindra’s customer satisfaction? I purchased the vehicle of Mahindra with more expectation but I am now more frustrated. I spent lot a time and energy for this.
