[Resolved]  CMS Computers Ltd. — PF amount withdraw request.Employee ID 12616

Hon'ble Officer,

I have transfered my Provident Fund amount from P.F.No. MH 20019 /
5060 to P.F. No. KN / BN / 34445 / 479 when I called CMS COMPUTERS
LTD. about my Provident Fund, I got reply that my Provident Fund
amount is transfered to P.F. No. KN / BN / 34445 / 479.

Forwarding the same email with details saying the same.

When I asked Inkowtech India Pvt.Ltd. they asked me to contact
The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. I am forwarding same e-mail with
details.

Please help me geting my Provident Fund amount.

My PF withdrawal forms has been submitted by Inknowtech Pvt.
Ltd. on19th Feb 2009 in Regional PF office, singasandra, Hosur road,
Bangalore.

My PF Number is MH / 20019 / 5060 & KN / BN / 34445 / 479.
