I recently booked two tickets on yatra.com from Shirdi to Mumbai. Date of journey was scheduled on[protected]. Fund was transferred from Yes Bank through Net-banking on[protected] at 01:43:32 hours.

But due to system upgrade of the Yes Bank, I was not lucky enough to receive the confirmatory message from yatra.com despite transaction was carried out as per bank's Account Statement, which is attached herewith. Yes Bank has also confirmed that fund was transferred to Yatra.com/Redbus.in (Read email from Yes Bank attached underneath).

Dear CNBC Pehredar,
This is to inform you that I had taken loan from SBI, Bari Bazar Branch, Chaibasa for purchasing vehicle and i had deposited FD certificates of Rs. 7.5 lacs as security deposit in 2011. I settled the outstanding amount of Rs. 201095/- on 17/05/13 hoping that i will get the FD certificates back. But Mr. Ranjit Sinha did not give me the FD certificates on the pretext that he was busy.
Last time, i had gone to the Bari Bazar branch in Diwali vacation, but Mr. Ranjit Kumar Sinha was on leave and he had not left the key of the locker to the Manager on deputation in which my FD certificates were kept.
I am based at Vadodara and its not possible on my part to go to Chaibasa again and again to collect the FD certificates and most importantly, its my money. I should have the liberty to get the certificates as well as money as and when i need them most.
I am in dire need of my money which is in SBI
I sent a mail to him after discussion and he assured me that money will be deposited in my savings account, but to my utter surprise Mr. Ranjit Kumar Sinha, Branch Manager, Bari Bazar Branch, Chaibasa, did not deposit the money.
I have committed money to the builder which i am not able to give and they are after me.
I wish that my FDs which are lying in Bari Bazar Branch be liquidated prematurely as on 05.12.13 and be deposited in my savings account no: [protected]

my self vikas singh had purchased suzuki access scooter from kohli motors at rewa madhya pradesh 12 months ago and now the scooter is in shahdol, 150 km from rewa
from last 2 months the said scooter is not getting started and for that i contacted the daler at rewa from where i had purchased tha scooter. after complaining dealer contacted the other dealer which is near by shahdol(mp) and said that the near by dealer will send mechanic to shahdol,
after 3-4 days the mechanic came and checked the scooter and said that scooter is having problem in engin
now 6 days are passed and both dealers are not paying there attention to the problem

CHEATING BY STANDARD CHARTED CREDIT CARD

I am having below standard charted yatra credit card

[protected] - NIBEDITA DASH (WIFE) - Add on card

During Sept 2013, Standard charted credit card contacted me for Instabuys Classic card during that time, i agreed to take that card and also told them that will be available at Greater Noida till 28-Sep and after that i will be available at Hyderabad as i changed the job. Same time their executive told me that if i wont receive the card then compnay wont charge anything.

In Dec 2nd i saw that, i have been billed ofr Instabuys Classic classic card that i have not received. and i complained then they took my complain via complain no[protected]. and promised to cancel the card with in 15 days. They requested me to pay the billed amount INR 495/- to Balance transfer account [protected] (as it has been converted to 12 EMI) and INR 800/- to Instabuy classic account [protected]. They also promised me to adjust the said amount to my credit card.

On 6-Nov, i paid the amount. I checked the account online on 18/19 Nov and found instabuy classic still there. I called customer care they told that it is under process and it will be done in a couple of days and no payment need to be done in future.

On 7-Dec, when i checked account; again i found the card and called customer care. They responded me that the cancellation has already been done and it will be updated by 9-Dec-2013.

Today on 13-Dec i checked the account and found the card in my account and called customer care. They told me that, the cancellation has never been processed/requested. I threatened to go to customer care then call got disconnected due to some reason. Again i called them and sought response then they took my cancellation request vide no [protected].

Since all the calls made by me, must have been recorded; truth will come out. Kindly help me and save me from fraud of standard charted bank.

Further, please assist me how to submit/return these two card to standard charted.

My name is Narinder nath behl and I am having FDR In axis bank court road branch Amritsar and the interest is payable on monthly basis. when it is a month of 31 days they deduct my one day interest every time and misappropriate it in favour of the bank and this fraud is being done with all the FDR holders across1700 branches spread all over the country which is a clear cut violation of RBI rules . I reported the matter to the RBI which simply replied me that I am entitled to full interest but did not take action against the axis bank.Please look into the big financial scam and protect the depositors.

I had purchased two tickets (for me and my wife) for journey by air from Patna to Hyderabad, using Andhra Bank Credit Card in June, 2009. The Patna-Delhi ticket was by Indian Airlines which indicated ( on the ticket) no refunds, while the following Delhi-Hyderabad flight was by Indigo airlines indicating the word ‘refundable ‘ clearly on the ticket. Unfortunately the Patna-Delhi flight of Indian Airlines was delayed by over two hours on the 6th June, 2009; which made me miss the connecting Delhi-Hyd Indigo flight. With great difficulty I could buy another ticket for Delhi-Hyd flight by another airlines at higher cost, being stranded at the Delhi airport. Also I could obtain a certificate from the Indian Airlines counter at Delhi, about the unusual delay of the feeding IA flight which caused me miss my Delhi-Hyd flight.
On arrival at Hyderabad, the first thing I did was to intimate the Andhra Bank about what had happened requesting them not to levy the charges for the journey of Indigo airlines ( i.e.Delhi-Hyd) which journey was not performed and the tickets for which were any way refundable. Fortunately the Bank not only acknowledged receipt of my communication, but also gave in writing that they would commence a charge back action. I naturally felt reassured that I will not be charged for the journey not travelled and I made payments for all other legs of the journey. However, the Bank after lapse of a few weeks, cleared the bills of the travel agent and wrote to me that they have no provision to roll back the fare and I must pay for two journeys from Delhi to Hyd, performed on the same day.
When on repeated requests to the Bank with all facts sheet duly presented, the Bank refused to roll back the charges for the refundable ticket, I was constrained to approach the consumer court at Hyderabad. The court made me appear before it no less than 40 times, taking over 4 years, (apart from the hassels of travel and lawers fees) seeking clarifications about the stand of the travel agents and the connecting airlines (who were not obliging me with their answers), finally gave no clear cut verdict as to who should pay for the missed flight. This being the status of competence of our judicial system and also the ability of our advocates hired by the Bank in confusing the matters for the Hon’ble magistrate (three of them were changed during the period- so none could comprehend the total picture), the Bank has started harassing me again for payment of the Delhi-Hyd ticket, a journey that was not performed for no fault of mine.
Having found a ray of hope in the manner you have handled some of the consumers cases, (as shown on Television I thought I should bring to your notice what had happened and how protective or useless are our consumer laws, before the powerful VISA lobby and seek your opinion/guidance.

i had applied for new gas connection on 1/12/2013 and since then i am following up with online customer care and HP gas Agency, but no one giving proper information like release date or waiting List number, both are saying there is waiting list number when your number will come we will call you, what is this..

With reference to the above, I got the sanction letter on 18-11-13 for the balance transfer of loan of Rs. 74, 00, 000/ from HSBC to Standard Chartered Bank and signed all the documents but never take disbursement due to prepayment penalty clause and requested to waive the same but they denied to waive the clause hence decided not to go ahead for balance transfer. As per the terms of the letter the EMI of Rs 53326 has to be debited on 1st of every month and the same has been debited from my saving account with out taking loan. I requested to the bank several times but no result. Processing charges of Rs 2994 further debited on 4th February. I have seen your programme today and sending a mail for help from you. I got the mail from the bank that your problem got resolved and will not refund the amount.

I would like to register my complaint against karbon mobile company. I had bought a mobile on feb last yr and it stop working after 7 months and I sent it to service centre on 21 sept 2013 but still after 5 months I haven't got my phone back and yesterday they were offering me a mobile which is not mine and also not equal to my old phone irrespective of functionality and price. My mobil3 was worth of Rs 11000 and they are offering me mobile of Rs 5000 with less functionality. Please help me and suggest me what should I do.
