I m pranavi Shah from Kolhapur. I have purchased a IFB Washing machine model Elite DX5.5 in Nov 2010 for my parents. The machine motor has been burnt in September 2011. Machine has a 4 yrs waranty. Initially we brought the machine as its german and we expected to have better quality and service. Despite complaints lodged with the company service dealer in kolhapur, we always get one standard answer, that the dealer dont have the parts in stock and due to festival season the services are delayed. It seems that the company is busy with selling new machines and not intrested in providing service to under warranty faults. My parents are senior citizens and face a lot of problem as they have to wash their clothes themselves or request their maid. Also they cant always visit the dealer. We have also lodged a complaint online to the companies customer care but havent recieved any feedback from them. Hope we get some heip or any suggestion from your show peheredar.

Dear Sir,

I was employed as Senior Manager - Financial Inclusion, Operations, with SEED i.e. Society for Educational welfare and economic development( A NGO registered under Societies Act 1860), vasant Kun, j New Delhi which is Promoted by Mr Anirban Roy and Mrs Romira Roy. I had served the company from 3rd Jan 2011 - 19th July 2011. The company had an inherent problem of abnormal delays in releasing the employee salary and 30-45 days delay was a normal practice due to which there was lot of inconvenience and sufferings for the employees. The situation became worse because the company, inspite having recieved the funds from various clients, was deliberately not paying the salaries and myself and many other employees were not paid salary since May 2011 and due to which I had to resign from my position just to look out new opportunities to earn a livelihood for myself and take care of my family. I resigned on 15th July and served a company decided notice period and was finally relieved from the organisation on 19th July 2011 and was finally issued a relieving letter. Since then I am following up with the company and its promoters for releasing my dues but I had not been recieving any reply to my emails and phone calls and till date my Full & Final settlement is not done. Recently, I had recieved a revert from them after two months of my relieving that my performance was unsatisfactory and there has been gross negligence and inability to act upon information leading to losses to the organisation due to which they are not processing the Full n Final settlement. I had done a proper handover of my responsibilities and company assets to various departments and because of that only I was issued clearance from all departments and also a formal relieving letter. Since then I am writing to my Organisation regularly but not getting any response. I due to my current role in my organisation, cannot go physically and fight out and beg for my dues to them.
The organisation doesn't have the intentions and ability to settle my dues and I am being compelled to seek justice and excercise basic rights of an employee by going through more reliable and appropriately designed channels for the settlement. There are many other mal practices related to HR policies that are there in the company and I would like to raise the voice against the same.

Please advise what should I do and who can help me in this regard to get me my dues and also claim a compensation against the mental harassment given to me by SEED.?

i am uneployed and already fad up and facing a lot of financial burden also.

I am very pleased to see the fast delivery of above order in 5 days time but very depressed that the same is not working properly. I have purchased BlackBerry Tour 9360 with 3G (GSM ) and taken connection of Reliance but after 5 days they asked that BlackBerry services are not supportive to the device available with me. Than I purchased pre paid sim of Tata Docomo and activated plan BB 399. Than they said pls contact BB helpline at [protected] and they tried a lot for the services to be activated but all the settings are failed to activate the same in my device. Now after 5 days time they said pls contact BlackBerry Service center for help. Than I visited BB service center Ludhiana and they said that the given Device will not be launced in India so that will not support BlackBerry Services. And they suggest me to return the device and take other which support the services in India.

I request the team pehredar to help me in changing the device from the fraud company which support BB services in India.
I am very thankful to you if you help me for early resolution...

Pls help me, as I already spent more than Rs. 1500 for starting services in the device.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I would like to bring to your notice that I bought Micromax
Q6/SPAMOB2292/[protected], [protected] (Model No. /IMEI Nos.)
On 05/08/2011. Only after two month o[censored]se its display went haywire.
Hence, I submitted my mobile phone for the rectification at M/S
TECHNOCARE, I-11 LGF CENTRAL MARKET LAJPAT NAGAR, OPP: DEWAN BAJAJ,
NEW DELHI-24 on 4 Oct 2011 and the waiting period was allotted of 10
days i.e. 14 Oct 2011.

After having no information passed to me after the allotted time, I
tried contacted them several time but to no avail.

Finally, by “GOD Grace” on 8 Nov 2011, I had a telephonic conversation
with Mr. Ravi (representative of the Service Centre in Question), with
the information that the mobile has been serviced and can be
collected.

On reaching I found my phone in wretched condition along with the back
panel was damaged. It looked like that my cell was replaced.

To my horror on switching on the mobile it was not working, I had the
following issues:
1. On inserting the memory card, mobile was not switching on.
2. On inserting SIM, the phone was unable to Rx/TX signal (without memory card).

Again on contact Mr. Ravi regarding above issues on the same date i.e.
8 Nov 2011, I was assured about the back panel replacement and above
issues resolve within 10 days i.e. 18 Nov 2011.

Till date, no replacement and issues are entertained, I tried
contacting them again and again but to no avail (Maybe I need some
“GOD Grace” again).

To this date I am contacting them for my handset status. They are
ignoring me as they don’t even inform about the status when I contact
them and they always postponed the issue with different new excuses,
such as

• Today we lost the key of the shop.
• Sometime like he is not present at service centre.
• On asking them why they don’t receive the call they say the customer
care executive have quitted the job.
• When I called them on the Companies number i.e. [protected], someone
answered the phone and said it’s not Service Centre Number. On asking
he said Companies phone has been stolen. And someone else is using it.

On 7th Dec.2011 when I went to the service centre again they tried to
ignore me, but after calling the Mr. Devender (HOD), he urged me to
give some more time and promised me that he himself will resolve the
problem and will deliver it by 10th Dec. 2011

On the following days and time:

Date: 22.12.2011: Mobile number [protected]: Time received 10.02
Date: 22.12.2011: Mobile Number[protected]: Time Recevied09.54

I received the following SMS stating “This is to inform you that we
will deliver your Micromax handset at your address with in 2 working
days, please SMS your address and job sheet number on for
confirmation, [protected]. Sorry for the inconvenience Carepoint.”

On the same day i.e, 22.12.2011 and 23.12.2011, the reply SMS was send
at the provided mobile number in the SMS.

Till today no contact or explanation is provided to me. And on calling
on the mobile number [protected] and[protected] No one picked the
phone.

I would like to know the:

What kind of attics your company and the service centre follows?

What is the time period and the rules provided for Customer
Interaction and Customer Care Centre?

You are compelling me, to go for legal action against you and the company.

Now, if you have any kind of self-respect as a man/company/Service
Centre, do make sure to take some appropriate steps into this
complaint.

P.S. Kindly find the attachment below for further evidences.

Sir, I purchased an acer laptop CP5830PG whose LCD was broken and it is in warranty period, I called on the customer care and gave my laptop to COMPHERALS, they kept my laptop for 20 days and reassured me that it will be repaired until monday and thursday but then they returned my laptop and said we will inform you when the LCD will come but now when I enquiry about the LCD either they do not pick up the phone or they disconnect the phone after asking the JOB sheet number-6485. i, vikas sachdeva resident of vishnu park, west delhi, received a message in december 2010 asking "if anyone is interested in fancy numbers in idea cellular can contact mr. jay on their number". i called upon that number & choose a fancy number which i liked the most. on the next day a guy came at my place & charged rs. 250 for the activation of same number. in return he gave me a copy of"customer application form & a Sim for that number". after 1 week when i complain mr. jay for non activation of number, he refused to activate the number by replying that the cost of activation for the number is rs. 500 more.
i do have a proof of what i have said is right i.e.
1. customer app. form duly stamped with dealer code
2. mobile Sim for the same

I have purchased a Tata Indica Car No.UP-53AB9209 from M/S Hansraj Motors Pvt. Ltd. Gorakhpur on[protected] an authorized dealer of M/s Tata Motors.I have sent my car for servicing on[protected] on the same date evening the partner of the said firm Mr.Vishal Tuli has informed me that some parts like N.L.S. is not working properly and it is must be change.I have given my concent to change it and after paying Rs.10500/-.I have got back[protected] my car but unfortunately in test drive, I have seen an indication of check engine. On complaining Mr.Vishal Tuli a partner of the said firm, since the workshop is being closed, it is not possible to check at this time.Tommorow morning, I will send a mechanic who will check your vehicle and will carry at workshop, If necessary.After various reminder on[protected] he sent a mechanic who will carry the car at his workshop..
Now a very surprised answer was received from the workshop that your N.L.S. is correct and it is not to be changed but E.C.U. and Reck & pinion is damaged.It will of Rs.30, 000/-.It you will pay the amount in advance then it is being repaired.
I have passed this message to Tata motors Head office, Mumbai and Area Manager, LUCKNOW.
In this irresponsible behavior of Tata motors & M/s.Hansraj Motors Pvt.Ltd.I have been suffered from a long period but none is ready to hear…….
I hope by your medium there may be some positive and truthful decision in future.No consumer will do these type of cheating activity…..

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy GT-I9003 phone on 10/12/2011, After only two months of careful usage my phone got hanging problem automatically, Later in two days it was getting auto switch off problem as well. I visited the official service center of samsung on 22/02/2012.

I thought it ill may be some minor problem, as i was using my phone very carefully. But when i came to know from the executive of service station that they have to replace the LCD SCREEN and MOTHER BOARD from my phone and still it is not working. It was a shocking news for me.

Now i am really bothered about my money spend on this type of phone. Team CNBC i need your urgent attention and help to resolve this issue. I want my money back. Please help me in getting it.
