on 5/5/2011, from the dealer sadana enterprises power house chouraha lucknow .this is regarding non functioning /eratic performance of the unit since the installation dated 5/5/2011 the first fault appeared on 12/5/11and subsequent faults on 29/5/11, 4/6/11, 11/6/11, 25/6/11, 27/6/11, 30/9/11, 4/10/11, there after unit is not in use because of winter season and after that in 2012 it again started disfunctioning and continued in same condition till 2013 also.at present also it is not working, my complaint is still register with the voltas company with no respite.from the aforesaid particulars it stablishes clearly that the defective unit was sold to me.if possible necessary action may kindly be taken to replace the unit and obliged.

I had Purchased Nokia Lumia 920 on 25-3-13, and within a month faced lots of problems. Phone gets heated like anything even when kept idle, screen Flickr's very often, Auto Power off, getting hanged unless restarted, Not getting charged at times. Went to Nokia care on 1-5-13, they had the phone for two days and then I recvd a call from them saying, phone is not repairable and hence they are sending it to Delhi. I had written mails to Nokia regarding it and claimed for a replacement because after payin a huge amount of Rs.37000 I do not wish to have a defective mobile. Till now they have not agreed to replace. On 16-5-13 I got a call from NOkia care stating my phone has been repaired and working now so collect it. But I have not collected yet. I want a replacement. Pl help me in this regard.

Hi,

I have a complaint which is related to the poor service provided by Samsung India staff and service centre.

Day1: 14th May

A week back, i filed a complaint on 13th May regarding some cooling problem with my Samsung Window AC, the cooling was not that effective during daytime. The call centre executive told that no one can come today and the engineer would be coming tomorrow.

Day2: 15th May

On 14th May, the samsung service engineer came and inspected the AC and concluded that the Gas needs to be refilled and would cost around 100 Rs. They took the AC with them and charged Rs 280 for visiting my House.

Day3: 16th May

On the next day, they called up on my secondary mobile number (my wife's) and told that the problem had been identified:

Problem1: The Coil needs to be changed (cost: Rs 2700)
Problem2: Capillary tube needs to be changed (Rs 270 aprox)
Problem3 - Gas to be refilled (Rs 1000)
Rs 220 were charged as "Others" for which no explainataion was given to my wife. The total bill amount was Rs 4470 (including VAT & service charge)

Day4: 17th May

We agreed to the cost and their engineers came and kept the AC on my House as it was not properly installed earlier.

Day5: 18th May

I got it installed by paying another Rs 500 and was finally expecting some cool air from the AC.

Now comes the surprise...the AC was throwing hot air...plus now the compressor was not getting started (it was working fine earlier)

I tried calling up the Samsung Authorized Dealer (Raj Air conditioners, Ghaziabad) who were taking care of this, however all the numbers mentioned in the Bill were Fake (doesn't exist). The day was already ended

Day6: 19th May

I somehow managed to call up the Service Engineer's cellphone, I explained him the problem and he then asked me to file a new complaint..only then will he be coming. We did that.

On the same day, the Service Engineer came to the house and after inspection, he then concluded - either the compressor or the capacitor needs to be changed...point to note here is that they didn't even tested the AC before bringing oit back to us...also the compressor and everytthing else was working fine earlier...the estimated cost of the capacitor is Rs 750.

The Service Manager said that he is not having the capacitor now and will come tomorrow

Day6 (today) - 20th May

At around 12 when I called up the Service engineer, he said he is not feeling well and gave another service engineers number. On calling him he said he is not the right person and gave another number. The third engineer told me that he would be visiting our House at 4 pm. At around 5pm, a Call centre Lady called up my Wife to check if the Engineer arrived our House or not, she called up the Engineer to check his availability and the Engineer told her that he would now be coming tomorrow as he was not having the capacitor today. He didn't even informed us about the same.

This is both mental and physical harrassment being done by the Samsung and their Engineers and I would like to escalate the matter to the highest authority and appeal the senior management to take strict actions. I would never be buying the Samsung products again if this is the quality of service being provided. After paying more than Rs 5000, the issue is not resolved and they are not ready to serve timely as well.

This mail consist the communication between me and the Red bus representative. Kindly find it below. I had booked the volvo ticket from chandigarh to manali for 24th of may 2013(11:30 was the departure timings) and the return ticket from Manali to Chandigarh for 27th may 2013(5:30 pm was the departure timings). the timing of the bus on 24th was 11:30 pm me and my husband were travelling all over from hisar (300 Km far from chd) to board the bus of Mangalum transport from the quoted address. but by 10:45, when we were waiting for the bus, we suddenly received the call that the bus broke down and the journey can not be completed. but we had already reached chandigarh. so we were not having any option except boarding any other bus. therefore we has lot of conversation with the bus operator and all regarding this pathetic service we were served. out of all numbers messaged we contacted all. somebody said there is a fight in customers. somebody says that the bus has broke down and somebody said that the bus is in police station. they offered us to board the bus next day at the same time. but was it practical to go back to hometown hisar and come next day to Chandigarh to board the bus. therefore we started looking for another bus. And during the conversations with operator the owner of bus said that they will refund our money. and they also proposed us that we can board the bus and we will get the refund also on the bus which was 5 hours late and reached the stop by 4 am in the morning. Its 15 days already. we were supposed to ged the refund of amount Rs2250 from them. we have not received the refund from there end . and now they are not even picking our call. plz help us to get our money back and they hav spoiled us and our journey because of there stupid service. even while coming back the bus service shown on the site wan not same. it has been, mentioned that we will get the lcd, switch board facility, water bottle and blanket. but none of these facilities were provided. this is a cheating to all customers.

I had chosen Tata WHIZ PostPaid connection which was unlimited @500/- p.m. with advance payment for Rs. 2999/- for 6 months on 31.07.2011 and my link was started on 03.08.2011 (no.[protected]). After 5 months, Tatatele Executive called me up on 21.12.2011 to upgrade the existing connection Whiz to Photon+ for Rs.1000/- on advance payment which will be adjusted next 10 months @100/-p.m. I asked for my current advance payment (Rs.2999/- for 6 months) which would be completed in Jan2012 end but she told me that my current plan would not be effected and after completion of my current plan new bill would be generated / started with @100/- p.m. adjustment but in Feb2012 they claimed 575/- for Jan2012. I had complained through Customer Care but they told to pay the due immediately. I requested to lodge my complaint but in Feb 12 my link had been terminated. I wanted to know why Executive made me fool but nobody accepted my complaints. I had forwarded e-mails to Company Executive Mr. Jogesh Nair and complaint cell but no reply had been received till date except reference numbers. In May2012 I had received a phone call from Tatatele Executive named Mr. Rohit and he told me to pay the dues immediately. I told him full story and requested to adjust Rs.1000/- which I had paid for upgradation. After so many conversations he agreed and after calculation he told me to pay for Rs.25/- for final adjustment. On 23 May 12 I paid online Rs.25/- and I requested through email to close my account finally. After one year later some men are threatening me through phone call to pay Rs.1400/- (approx) immediately otherwise court case would be done against me. I could not understand as to how my complaints were not attended and why this matter had not been closed. Now I am requesting to check my complaints and take necessary action to solve this kind of harassment.

Respected sir,

I had purchased an E-bike on 15.07.2011 with invoice no . 374 from ahmedabad, gujarat. The name of company was Morello Yamasaki.
In their browser and website they give 1 year warranty on battery and 3 years warranty on motor and controller.

Within 1 year the battery was failed and company collect Rs. 1500/- from me and exchange the battery by saying the battery provider was cheater and the lot of battery was not proper. Then why customer have to suffer and have to pay during warranty period.

Now before completion of 2 years from purchase date, the Controller is also failed and now company is asking Rs. 2050/- ( even it is in warranty period) by saying that the controller is totally failed.

All the main parts are got failed just during the period of 2 years, then what is the meaning of buying a new product direct from the company ??

I just purchased a 5 star 1.5 ton Split Daikin AC on 20/3/13 from my local vendor. Broke down on 20/5/13, attended on 27/5/13 and repaired on 18/6/13 after repeated calls only. unit again broke down on 1/6/2013, attended on 5/6/2013 and still not working as PCB is not available in stock. I thought that I sho...uld purchase the costliest Japanese AC but the after sales service came as a rude shock. I don't understand that even the senior manager is not bothered about the delay.
