[Resolved]  Co-op Soc — Unnecessary Charges for 2 Wheeler Parking

Sir,
I am resident of RUSTOMJEE REGENCY CO-OP HSG. SOC.,Dahisar(w). We have four towers in our complex & each one has their own society. For all four society there is one common society named as Apex co-op hsg. soc..For all four wheeler vehicle respective society takes charges......now for two wheeler the Apex has given notice to all residents to apply for two wheeler parking charges would be 600 Rs per annum and 2000 Rs as security deposit.....we all have been using this parking since start now suddenly they are charging for it and ONLY 36 PARKING SPACE will be allotted.....in complex there more than 100 two wheeler.....if we dont get parking then have to park outside the complex...it means we cant take our bike at our home which we 've puchased.

Sir i want to know that how i can take objection against this DADAGIRI of society committee.
Do i have the right to know that what they are going to do with that deposit and per annum charges...if they are going to spend this money on parking shed or something then i am going to pay for it happily.

Tomorrow they will be charging for bi-cycle .....then for walking also we'll have to pay ..... this is not done.

Sir please advise me for the same.
