BEWARE...Cobra group is a big fraud..ELITE MANAGEMENT in Chandigarh, sco 217, top floor, sector 37C..is a branch over there.. Mr.Sreejith Nair is the head over there..guys dont go for interview i[censored] get a call...they will tell u that they wll gv u salary betwn 14000 to 30000. but its based on commission.. they wl send u to field to collect some donation on behalf of CRY or SAVE THE CHILDREN whc r NGOs i[censored] can collect a cheque of Rs.1200 from a person whc is d minimum amount u can collect u wl get Rs.200, means Rs.200 per support...ths is d commision u wl get ..they wl send u with some leaders who r already into ths business..they wl motivate u by telling lots of things..i[censored] ask about the salary thy wl never explain to u..they wl tell manager wl explain to u.. I[censored] get a call from ths company plz dont go for interview..u wl spoil ur career over thr..Mr. sreejith nair impress the guys specially gals by his looks and speeches..he keeps relation also wid the gals to retain them in d business...worst culture i hv evr seen in any company..field executive r making people fool by saying that they r d volunteers of CRY and SAVE THE CHILDREN organisation..infact they r d employees of cobra (elite management) and get commision for raising funds..out of Rs.1200,they get Rs.200, manager get Rs.100 and higher managers also get some percentage of that money..these people professional beggers..employees dont get any fixed salary from company..in all over India cobra having around 80 offices..in cities like chandigarh,delhi,mumbai,kolkata,nagpur,pune,hyderabad, bangalore,ahmedabad and chennai..its time to uncover these big frauds.. Never join cobra group, even work- experience in cobragroup is not counted by top companies in our country who know this Cobragroup company very well. u will reach nowhere i[censored] join cobragroup. The Managers of cobragroup give lots of lectures on earning Lacs in a month at the first hand, but someday they leave this company themselves when they get to know about its real side. The manager of Top Star Management in SCO-217, Sec-37C, Chandigarh is a great example of this. Top Star Management is finished now and the manager is not getting any other job after leaving Cobragroup and has joined Oxfam( charity organisation) as a fundraiser..n lots of examples are there who had to leave cobragroup even after becoming manager and r still unemployed. Till the time, as a manager, u hv team members to raise funds, u r the king, u wl earn lacs in a month through commissions, the day u dont hv anybody in ur team to make money for u, u wl not earn a single penny. This is not hard work, not even smart work. This is fool's work and is all about ruining one's career.

Thanks a lot people. I was so keen to join this company yesterday when i received their mail. I thought it is actually good. But thank god that i searched it on Google and found this. Now, they are running it with the name 'Envision' - Ambitious group. How ridiculous of them, exploiting the freshers like this. I m saved ;)
hlo guys as an ex elilteian i would like to add some of der workin stuff n so called methodology...my name is nikhil mehta and i wirked der for 4 months under sreejith nair...my trainer is jess oops i mean jaspreet...we both HAD A GOOD WORKIN REALTIONSHIP DER... in profesional sense...but this son of a SREEJITH NAIR is d mastermind...one day i came to know through jassi dat he's havin extra martial relation with her...actually jess do like her...n dis mother [censored]r sreejith takin advantage of her...specially in night...also other gals der like anchal havin relation with sachin sharma...i came to know dis thing and i told dis thing to jess as natural she told it to sreejith and den sreejith called anchal...but anchal abused srejith and anchal about der relationship...n denyin her relation with sachin but all knows dat she is lying...also some [censored]rs like sagar, bhaskar r wrkin der wo r not high rollers but just wasting de tyme n money of der parents irony is that de know de r not high rolles but still workin der n at d end of day listening bad things from sreejith nair who abuse dem for not performing...also monu is a high roller ut she is not gud in team buildin n more dan half of elite sales is done by her only...l left dat offc because my parents provides me gud education...as i am an software engineer...but dese guys jaspreet, sachin, anchal, , bhaskar, sagar, monu de r just below avg person some r only graduates only with no good background...just watin for some daty to became ownwer, ...but in der real heart de know dat day will never come..bcoz de don't have self confidence...sreejith also take advantage of beautiful gals...he is a mallu mAdarchode born n bought up in some village of kerala...an unorthodox family with conservative mind..so wen he came to chd he find very beautiful gals...and makin relation with jess alias jaspreet

hahaha.. seems like some one from aanchal, jaspreet or sreejit has tried to save his/her as*... people here are not talking about appco.. they might be having some other system of working. there must be atleast some transparency.. but talking about elite.. they all are crooks. they do nothing except befooling people. they should hire either illiterate people or else at the maximum matric passed. but those liers are hiring all b.tech, m.tech, M.B.A people and making them do for which they need no education. nobody in this company speaks good english. not even the managers.. except varun aggarwal and anamika.
they give you arround 10 lines, which includes intrduction and short story. and then ask you to cram that. and then you are asked to roam about in streets and offices all day long to meet every tom, dick and harry and puke that crap of 10 lines in front of everybody.
they give you no basic salary, no TA/DA and nothing. not even a cup of tea is offered to any employ from morning to evening. these people are ready to do anything for money and they can tell any damn lie to earn money.
coming down to working system, its absolute ... its all about craming a paragraph and begging money from people.
and ya... i know its not easy to fool everybody.. but i tell you what they do.. world's population is so big, lots o[censored]nemployed people are there. these send mails everyday to maximum no. of people they can. and in the mail they say that salary will be 18k-40k pm which is very tempting to everybody.. when people come to them and join, then for atleast a week they dont let the candidate know about their system. they keep telling lie and hiding the things. no offer letter is provided on time. no salary details are given. and when candidate has paid his p.g. rent and has spent a huge amount of money on this job then he becomes unable to tell his family. because it hurts parents' trust on their wards.

after going through your experiences i also felt like i should write about my sufferings in this office APPCO MARKETING, SCO 217, SECTOR 37 C CHANDIGARH, , , where..i wasted a few days of my life . i joined here as a mgmt trainee selected by mr sreejith nair, he is a . he is not having any self respect with himself and want dat others should loose it tooo.itne haraami log maine ajj se pehle kabhi nahi dekhe, haramjade ek paisa bhi kisi charity mein nahi dete. and this mallu dog nair and his pet and dogs are just BEGGARS.
I DONT KNoW WHY THEY ASK FOR GRADUATES!! bcoz THIS WORK CAN BE DONE BY MORE EFFECTIVELY BY PRIMARY PASS OR TOTALLY ILLITERATE PEOPLE. people over here are just good for nuthing. they also have a culture of GIVING ALCOHOL TO FEMALE STAFF ...WORST CULTURE I'VE EVER SEEN, i left the job there bcoz i was not happy there and i cannot work in such a company where the boss forces the females to consume alcohol and stay late at night, , , , ON THIS JOB .THESE TYPE OF OFFICES AND PEOPLE ARE JUST BURDEN ON THE SOCIETY, I REQUEST TO THE READERS THAT ANY LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM AND SUE THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..if anyone is listening please take a proper action against these type of rotten and corrupt people!

i think this complaint about the elite management is right.i have also get mail from that and i also went for interview .the mgr of the company said they done mba from lovely professional institue.and she earned lacks of money.francly speepking i am very impressed with that lady. and i wish to join when she told me that come with ur lagage next day u are selected.but i have little doubt in my mind becoz some time they said they they are linked with appco group some time told about ambitious mgt so before joining iwant proper satisfaction. than i search about all names off the company and i see the complaints of people.so i feel happy not joining decision in the company.thanks for the compaint which save my career.

For all you guys in favour and against appco I have one thing to tell-I was among the one's who joined appco in its first office and went on to become their fourth owner after Sai, Kishore and Kevin and was in the company more than 4 years..I made money, lost it..had many ups and downs as well and moved out of the company, but the experience I gained makes me well recognised in India's 3rd largest software company and in management position...So its ur call, try it, test it and if it doesnt work just try it again or leave it buddy..Life moves on and all you guys have ample opportunity to make it big in life..All the best !! (Sorry if I sounded like a philoshpher, but take life head on, with Cobra without Cobra..no problem :-) )

Cobra grooup was started in UK way back by Chris Niochas. This company was registered by the name of Cobra Groub in UK. But couple f years ago the head office of the company shifted to USA nd got registered by d name of Appco Group and in India it is registered by d name of Appco India Pvt Ltd. Now talking about Elite Management, it is a subsidiary of Appco which is located in chandigarh. The Manager f Elite Management is Mr Sreejith Nayar under whom Monu Shastri was working as a mangement trainee. Now as per the rules f d company, more people u have in ur team, ur chances f groeth will increase. So Monu Shastri got lots f people in her team nd was finally promoted as a manager nd she got a chance to run her own branch nd subsidiary of Appco nd she gave it d name as Ambitious Management. Now tomorrow if some one else gets promoted within the branch, he/she will also get the same oppurtunity to run his/her own offc with his/her name.
But frnz frankly speaking u shud try for sumthng else, i mean i[censored] guys have d degrees f btech, mtech, mba's etc den lots f comapnies will hier u wid vry gus salary. Wats d use f joining a cmpny where in u just need to sell d stuffs or ask for charity. Trust me u'll not get nytym for urself or for ur fmly. U have to go at 8:30 in d mrng nd u'll b back by 8 or may b late in d evng nd its 6 day working where in Monday is off. Cmpny doesn't pays for ur meals neither dey provide u any accomodation nd moreover u have to spend ur own money for d travelling as well. I[censored] really have d passion to work so hard, trust me u can do dat ny a bpo as well. Go to d NCR and u'll find many companies who'll hire u in sales process nd u can easily earn 50-60k per month as sales incentives, nd m not kidding. This kind of work is meant wor illitreats or dose who think dat dey r gud for nothing.
They'll always try to bost u up by giving u d examples widin d cmpny of d persons who topped in deir college or dere is a person Gaurav Sisodia (Corporate Trainer), he says dat was working in Microsoft but he left d cmpny coz he was not getting enough salary. And he thinks dat he can create an extra cracking image in evrybdy'd mind. But guys tell me one thing, d companies like Google, Microsoft etc pay d freshers with a minimum salary of not less dan 8 lakh per annum, but dis fool Mr Gaurav Sisodia was not working in Microsoft directly, he might be working wid some 3rd party company as Convergys which is a pure BPO nd microssoft has outsourced its process to them, nd Convergys never pays gud salary. I realized all these things when I left Elite Management nd I came down to delhi nd started my carrier all over again.
I just want to pass u one simple message... for dose who r really srs regarding dere carriers do not join dis cmpny nd dose who want to give it a try, make sure dat u do not go in any loss... THANKS

its true guys, these guys Solitare, ambitious what eva companies they have in single office run under the support of appco group fasinate u like anything.. simply they jst wash your mind with there soo called tricks and words.. but in last after passing 5 rounds of interview u will get to know the salary after 3 days that they gonna give u commision based on your signups (1200/signup) carrying commition of 200 on per signup.. n soo on..
guys do u really think is it work screwing up in whole market for just 200/signup?? + spoiling your image everywhere when if in future this scam reveals in newspapers??

its true guys, these guys Solitare, ambitious what eva companies they have in single office run under the support of appco group fasinate u like anything.. simply they jst wash your mind with there soo called tricks and words.. but in last after passing 5 rounds of interview u will get to know the salary after 3 days that they gonna give u commision based on your signups (1200/signup) carrying commition of 200 on per signup.. n soo on..
guys do u really think is it work screwing up in whole market for just 200/signup?? + spoiling your image everywhere when if in future this scam reveals in newspapers??
