21.12.12 i get this massage from reserve bank of india. after read the massage when i go to transfer the money then it wants cot code then i send mail to reserve bank of india they reply me that i have to pay 21000 for the code. i also send the massage which they send to me. if this information is true then tell me how i get the code or reserve bank will give me the code? otherwisw give me some information about it that who is the depermental (RBI) person who will guid me to transfer the money.
