Coca Cola Lottery — Asking for a service charge without any assurance for reimbursement

I have received a confirmation from so called Coca-Cola Lottery. They are asked me to send a payment for the door to door deliveries and now according to them they wont send my prizes if I wont send a service fee for them.

So Please! I[censored] can help put an action with this by the way this is the contact number which was always calls me back I think He's from Nigeria +[protected] .

I would like also to investigate if the attached cheque is credited by a union bank of Nigeria
