College — Fees Related

Hi
In JNN Institute of Engineering they are not issuing hall ticket and asking for fees for next year.

Thats not there in Anna University rules and when I talked to Correspondent he is least bothered about Students education and interest only in the money. I am not sure whether they are running college or some finance company to be so rude and ignorance.
