[Resolved]  COLT Tescnologies India Pvt.Ltd — Complaint against my Credit Card

Hi,

I would like to give complait against my Credit Card, I am your customer from last almost 2 years. Every time i do mi credit card payment by cash to your collection agencies person and their person never deposit my amount on time to bank and for that i have to par the Late fee charges .

And I would like to know that why every time Bank deduct Retail Charges for my card .

If these things will happen gain I'll move to consumer court because its really not acceptable .

It is fault of your call centers / Collection Agencies staff, I think they all have share into this .

I have all the reciepts with me and I'll proof this in fron of the court.

Please take some necessory action on this because they are cheating you and the customers too.

Its really a big crime is happning in your Bank. If seniour BOARD want to meet me I can come personally and meet you people.

I hope will get prompt reply from your side.
