[Resolved] Commissionerate Police Cuttack & Bhubaneswar-Orissa — Unnecessarily harrashing public for using helmets and asking for money | |||
Dear sir with due respect and humble submission i Jitendra Kumar Singh Beg to state that here in Cuttack& Bhubaneswar- orissa People are treated like cats and dogs by police there is no respect for poor indians by these comissonerate police ,these police men are looting us in various ways and one of the looting way is taking money forcefully from our indian brothers and sister who ever are driving bike without helmet,when we r independent that means we may not be penalised for this helmet as rs100.00 per head all people including police men are only working on how to snatch money and become rich ,please look into this matter bcs it is very important , i belong to cuttack orissa where everyday people are facing a lots of problems while travelling in towns from these police men they are seeking money from the persons who is not wearing helmet ,i m asking this is why ???? and if this remain like this then the days are no more away when police will knock the door in the night and will check how your doing with ur wife whether your wearing or not ?? i[censored] will not wear then they will check and fine u upto Rs500.00 please consider this matter,our india is today independent but we poor people are till now treated like cats and dogs by these police , some years ago what britisher were done are now be carried out by these policemen now a days ,pls consider this matter very seriously,otherwise i have also the power of collecting people and we will take our own judgements very soon against this ,it will be better if solved by governments . Dear yes ur right now a days These police were thinking that they r the god for the indian people and they can rule us as they want like cats and dogs, many times i hav realised that police are harrashing good and innocent people only, but they are mixed with criminals and there are many criminals are commiting crimes but they are not looking after that they are only busy 24hrs in collecting money from we indians and becoming rich, and only harrashing the poor people showing rules and regulations without doing their actual duty for what they are kept in the country, they have forgotten their actual duty towards indians, now they are not doing duty towards their country men instead they are busy collecting money in the name of helmet and seat belt and various other things, they must be taught a lessson once from we people its must to be done one day verysoon
these police men are looting our brothers and sisters in the name of helmet and seatbelt and various other ways if we dont take steps now then later we all hav to suffer, this everyone must understands from now, bcs they are respecting to judge and magistrate also and at night they are doing the work of gunda's and dacoits everywhere in country, when ever u go to comlain for ur problem they will treat u like ur a criminal and for that many people they do fear to go to police for any kind of complain, bcs they know that it is 100% sure that u will never get a satisfied response from police, i[censored] go to give fir without money they will never register ur complain, they only know how to collect money from us, there fore to make our police system correct we must all people take some steps against these fine of police any type of fine should not be imposed on any one of countrymen, if anyone doing wrong means u can punish them but dont ask for money and make harrash to poor people, i know there are some people who hav black money they dont worry abt this but please think abt those who is whole day working for Rs100.00 and while returning to if police snatches from him that rs100 for not using helmet then what he will feel and what he will take home to survive, , have anybody thoughts about this ???????????kindly reply me ??? or do u think that poor people hav no rights to drive bike?????
yes they must be taught a lesson so that their behaviour towards indians must become and in a manner way they do behave with everyone

we can file a petition againgt Comm of police befor high court odisha . As you know the stay order is absolute against CP BBSR-CTC regarding the renovation of vechile no plate.
