i do believe that it should be SBI that should be sued for such a fraud.Though SBI has not endorsed such a company but it has bought about its presence in the society. People have placed the orders due to a strong brand name of SBI hovering around the products. this mail just hopes to remedy the situation not aggravate it. hope the concerned people will not be offended as thats the last direction this mail would be pointing to... hopin remedy

First of all buying online from DEALS4ALL or COMPACT INTERNATIONAL must be avoided, as they showcase products as new, but these are really old, refurbished, poor quality, obslete models, which are really GOOD for NOTHING, and feel they are getting these for peanuts.

I bought a HTC, IMATE JAQ & GIO watch, and after wasting 26400...I would never recommend to buy from them, and also feel that SBI Cards must stop promoting them at their website, as it tarnished image of SBI Cards.

SBI should really stop promoting such unreliable vendors.

I TOTALLY AGREE THAT BANKER / CC COMPANY SHOULD BE ASKED TO GIVE ACCOUNT FOR THIS KIND OF PROMOTION. THEY CAN NOT GET RID OF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY BY ADDING A DISCLAIMER TO PROMOTION LEAFLETS. ITS THEIR BRAND WHICH LURE PEOPLE TO SUCH SUPPOSEDLY FRAUD COMPANIES.

Experience - I had bought a digital camera from deals4all .. when i opened the supposedly sealed packet n checked the camera.. their were already clicked pictures on memory card of some family n places. THEY HAD SENT ME USE STUFF WITH NEW PACKING. Unfotunately for them i stay very close to the place they have their office n store house (ADDRESS AT THE END) so i went up to them n took thier case .. they had to replace it without a word n cost.

I THINK Deal4all is into BIG TIME CON JOB or BADLY / MISMANAGED COMPANY WITH LOUSIEST PRODUCTS.

I think it is imperative that we put up our grievances as it saves others from making a mistake. Hope your complaint gets addressed.

I totally agree that SBI should be accountable to these kind of things. It should not promote such brands.

I had got a scrach card from SBI to purchase polo wrist watch by only Rs.499/- . it was incentive they are providing to their customer. but i received my order after waiting 2 month. and then watch quality was worst... it was not in working condition at that time...in the voucher they are claiming that original cost of watch is Rs.3050... but i think it has cost not more then Rs.100/. so i strongly recomend the customer...please never ever purchase these sort of stuff online.

i dont agree vit u. since i ordered the sam polo watches 2nos i have recieved it in25 working days so u please contact ur nearest SBI bank for further details bcoz they might b waiting for ur confirmation.

I had ordered one POLO watch from Compact International seeing their OFFER Advertisement with SUDEXO Passes, and they charged me 500 Bucks for Shipping & Courier charges. But after receiving the product, I am shocked of its quality:

1) The Watch Glass is broken from side
2) The Watch quality is so cheap, its so light weight as if I am wearing a plastic band. Truly speaking I wont even take such low grade watch free of cost.

In short my watch just had POLO written but its actually a CHINESE DUPLICATE Version.

I doubt this COMPACT Internation is fooling around people and amazing thing is that how come SUDEXO, SBIs etc like Big Market Tycons are supporting them in carrying out their illegal fraud business.

Thanks for all your comments.As a customer we should be very careful 4 online & free gift on SODEXO, SBI card.
On SODEXO it is very clear that only Samsung mobile, LCD and Laptop r actually a lucky draw and not the others as they will only verify against above product and not for other product.

this is with reference to purchase of RCBPC polo club watch purchased by me vide order no 271471 dated 03.03.2011 from one of your dealers in India Fashion and you located in noida tel no[protected], concerned person reshu.

I was promised the watch offered to me will be of the genuine quality and will meet the standards of the industry, however this watchs colour is faded and futher i see the steel make of this watch is getting deteriorated.

I have been regular buyer of the polo make and was satisfied by her genuineity till this date however with this, i have been losing trust on this make, hence i am writing this to you.

further hope you will look in this case and issue me a replacement or a fresh piece enabling me to rebuild the trust in this brands
