sir,
I am purchasing compaq c785 tu laptop on 8-sep-2008 from GADGETS&LAPTOPS(AURANGABAD
) in maharashtra.in my laptop 1GB ram is inbuild.i was said to seller iwant extra 1GB ram.he was given 1GB ram to me.at that time he had fitted 1GB ram in my laptop.but when extra ram is fitted laptop will not fuction praoperly, laptop willnot RESTARTED.I am telling to him no of times that when you fitted new ram my laptop willnot restarted.he was telling to me"for that i am not doing responsible".
so, my requst is tell to laptop shop please give me proper service.with apgrating my laptop with 2GB.

Compaq Presario C-700 — Driver Not Available

I purchased Compaq Presario C-700 series laptop from authorised dealar but the motherboard driver was not available with the system. The dealar sugested to download from HR official website but the driver did not function proporaly. Then I compelled to contect a harware engineer atteched with dealar and he load that driver from a authorised CD. Now this is a routine function till today and like me, many persons are in touble with the policy of the company which should be bar under the law of consumar foram and Monopolistic and Restrictive Trade Practices in India.

compaq/c700 — Problem in sound system

Dear sir,
I have purchased my lap top bearing Model No.Compaq C 700, Product No.FF394DA#ACJ, Serial No.CND8272GS2 from M/S. NAWLAKHA COMPUTERS, Raipur, Chattishgarh on 8th August 2008.Recently I had found that the left speaker is not functioning. Meanwhile I left Raipur and reached my home town Agartala. Thereafter I lodged my complaint at your authorised service centre at Agartala, Tripura namely C J Infosystems, and handedover the lap top by making a Job Card on 09.07.09. On 16.07.09 the said service centre returned my laptop without providing any service with a remarks "VLC player found in this system". At present the MUTE mode of my sound drive is also not functioning even while connecting the headphone, speaker remains in ON mode and the Master Volume is not functioning properly to control the audio volume.
As such, I would like to request you to kindly provide me the necessary assistance to remove/repair the problem and extend my warranty period until finalisation of the complaint.
Written complaint alongwith relevant documents follows through courier service.

hello sir, I am using compaq presario C700(772 TU). the problem with my notebook is that the sound driver( connexant high defination) run for few days, and thenafter it erase. Several times I have installed the driver, but the problem still exists.

Please provide a sound driver and send it to my email address at the earliest.

i am using compaq presario C700 (C795TU). i was change my XP os after that i unable to install the audio (sound card), but i have mother board cd. so please and please tell me the procedure how to insall the audio.
