Dear sir
i perchased my compaq laptop before one year, now that time i didn't get any kind of window-XP. now when i install different-diffrent XP, i faced one error.(the error is something blue screan error, check hard drive, stop errar 0*000000, check chkdsk f based).and when i installed XP2 it did not take soung drive and usb drive also after installed sound driver. and this time blue screan error generate. so plz tell me i think this is hard drive error so tell me what should i do. if it require Bios changing plz tell me how to it apply.
