[Resolved]  Compaq presario V2000 — problem sound driver installation

I too formatted my compaq presario v 2000. No i m not finding sound driver for it in the net. Audio driver for v2000 CTO is available on net, but cannot be installed in my system. So, please send me the drivers for v2000.

I did fail to download sound driver for my laptot please send it to me,

My cousin has a Compaq Presario V2000. I reinstalled XP on it, but since than I cannot get the sound card working.
I tried with the drivers from the compaq support for conexant AC'97 and Realtek AC'97 too, but neither works.
The Conexant driver install ends with a failure, the other installs the drivers but device manager claims the device cannot be start (err.code 10)
Please send me the right drivers by mail!

I also have the same problem with my laptop compaq v2000 I have downloaded like 10 drivers for audio and nothing, Once it said the instalation was succesful but still no sound. Maybe I have to format it again or something. Also the videos dont look like they did before... the are lagging I also have problems with the ATI driver.
