[Resolved]  Confident Group — non receiving of PF money

Dear sir, I have not compliened against Your company. I have infomed that not received the PF payment only. It is not a complaint. and also it is not against to my old company.

I have paid 20% amount of the apartment to Confident Group (Atik), more than one month is over still i have not received agreement latter, just they are postponing the dates. I am very worry about my Money.

I have received the Agreement from Confident Group (Atik), it is mentioned that this project takes to complete 30 Months (Means more than two years), before booking the Atik, they told us, this will complete within 18 months. Confident are not transparent, hiding lots of things.

Im hearing that buying a plot in Ivory coast is very risky. Can Mr Pradeep or someone give some feedback on it. Afterall it is un approved and im also hearing that Confident group doesnt refund any money ever !!

I have taken a plot at Confident Atria. There is absolutely no progress of work happening. The names of the owners on their respective plot is completely erased due to rain and sun. It has become difficult to identify one's plot. There is a "no care attitude" towards the customers once the purchase is done.

It is true that confident has got no care attitude once they receive the money. They are not a good builder and they will not keep their promises. Quality of the flat is also very poor . Value for money is less for theire flats. They are seetting up their flats in jungle like remote areas. In confident capella, it tooks more than one year to obtain electricity connection. Also they are charging too much if we don't bargain.

Confident group is not as good as they claims. From my experience, they lacks quality and no value for money.

Stop Making Irresponsible Statements on different Websites. We have clearly attended the Minor issues you had raised and we have also the following proofs of emails which had been sent you and you never even cared to respond back.

Confident group is builder lacks quality, promise on delivery and service. The company itself claims themselves as a zero debt company. But the word sounds fair and they are concentrating on other business with huge debts and fund diversification. Very poor quality standards i even doubt the building will stand for more than 10 yrs or not even the thickness of iron rod, plastering thickness, mixing used is not up to the required measure. Never seems the document are legally approved before the sale starts. that the reason why they cant assure the execution of agreement after a month as committed and even serious . Many are given agreements after four and six months due to the legal issue in the property. As apple properties now these days faced the same issues as earlier. Hope this company will very soon move to such stage. The brand name and promotion in media is very frequent now these days it seems they moving to the apple way. Suggestions to customers who planning to purchase Confident Apt.
i)Never pay token in advance (their will be huge deductions if you cancel apt)
ii)Clearly read Agreement Copy 3-5 times (you will drop buying apt after reading that)
iii)Please don't believe the sample apt, visit completed projects too.
iv) Check legal documents (in case of land purchase, Kochi property that confident sold is a CRZ property. so it s a green belt area the construction of a house is not allowed.) Check for all approval copy and ask for legal opinion.
v) If you checked every thing, and every things seems fine still you are in trouble. Poor service and customer relations.
Expecting comments from all customers who had bad experience with confident.
pls think twice before buying confident product. A very true well wisher.

I have bought a confident Aquila property and every things seem to be working fine, Development of the project is fast enough to be able to be completed by 2 years.
But layout, color and look and feel of all confident's projects are same.

Atleast try to make each and every project some thing unique.

Other than, I dont have any issues.

These guys seem to be doing lot of pre-lauch booking with lot of marketing hype. But real story is that most of the people who booked plots even 1 or 2 years back are still to get their plots registered. Check what is going on with Confident Ivory Coast, 100s of people who booked in July 2010 are still following up and the constant answer from Confident is that still no approval from BMRDA!!

If it is going to take so much why the builder collected 30% of the money as as advance with the promise to get the booking done in 2 months??

Never fall into the trap of paying money unless the plot is ready for registration.
