[Resolved]  ConSIM Info Pvt Ltd — Removing from Service

Dear Priyankar,

We would have appreciated if you had chosen to discuss your concerns with HR instead of going public with what we believe are mistaken assumptions.

We are also surprised at this move because on several occasions in the past we have discussed with you regarding your non performance. You have not achieved your target ever since you joined the company. You were insisting in bringing a particular girl to join the operations bypassing merit and company policy. You were also given enough opportunities to air your views on these aspects with our HR Manager.

If you believe that your queries have not been fully addressed or have further queries, you may contact HR for assistance.

As you are fully aware, as a policy we do not engage in discussions with our employees, past and present, in public forums on HR issues.

Sorry for responding so late.

I strictly object on the following points.

1) I was never warned about low productivity. Volume of Sales too increased since I joined.Nobody
ever interacted with me regarding Business and Sales.

2) Mr. Sanjoy Guha [HR & Admin – Kolkata] never took any formal Interviews with the girl I wished to
include as Team Leader. How can a HR take an interview without a CV? Without viewing her CV, on
what grounds can he reject her from getting a job in CONSIM Info Pvt Ltd.?

3) I was not at all given enough opportunities to air my views as no one was ready to hear me. They
were listening to them who are vintage, no matter they are correct or not.

4) I never got assistance from HR Team to discuss the matter with them.

So the above points are null and void.

Mr. Ashok from HR Team called me and asked me to put down my papers and that too without any written communication which is again very unethical from a Company’s point of view. I was also communicated that if I don’t put my papers, I will not get Salary for May’2011 and the Company will blacklist me so that I don’t get any job elsewhere. I found no assistance from anyone. How can I be threatened by HR like this?

You made mistake by complaining about your ex comapany HR, hope you got a job by now if not be careful since when new company go for reference you will not get positive feeback from you ex company.

Dont get angry for this matter since in my experice most of the HR department acts like this and I witnessed few HR team thritten openly asking the employee to sign the resignation and poor guys who got angry and fought never got job easily because of the very bad feedback they give about the candidate.

Note : People working in HR forget they are also just employee, Please treate other employees same as when you recruite them.

Boss, I got your point. But if you hear what actually went with me, you will also feel bad. This is not the way to treat Employees. First, they show us a dream while recruiting. Later they turns our life into Nightmare..
This is how they are.

I wish all should be aware of these Companies. they are Career Killers..

Hi Priyankar,

I didn’t mean it to make you angry, I just told what is practical. Did you got new job? since even the company you approach for new job doesn’t want candidate who complain about their old employer.

This CONSIM INFO PVT LTD you are talking about is that Bharat Matrimonial company right? yea I heard my friend who was working there in call center department told no job security in that company, they remove employees anytime for unreasonable reasons like you feel. Even there were some strikes made by employees for such activity in past, and it happened even for few HR persons itself.

If you are not worried about negative feedback, then you have all the rights to talk about your ex-company and warn others to be safe in social sites like this and facebook.

They are thieves...no doubt..they fleece public and their own people as well. Unethical practices all over.

Respected sir, I have paid rupees(15000 thousand to Bharat matrimony on18th of Dec.By cheque no.258198...After the request of smt. Harsha Ajani of Gandhidham, an Employee of Bharat matrimony. After a week I realised that even privilege officer is not co operative and is not helping us and I was cheated by Officer of
BHARAT MATRIMONY. I asked to return back MONEY, . They replace the officer.. but situation was not changed. The timeof three months were passed by sending useless profiles of N.R.I.which can not materialised or not result oriented. Now they are not helping me or not giving the information even the profiles of due period of three months. They are not giving the information of profiles of brides those are interested in my son's profiles during the periods for which i paid... not only that they indirectly forced and using MAL PRACTICES OF business for snatching more money. SIR, it is the right of customer to get information for which he has paid amount. I request you to give me the information for which i paid. IT is also my right to information under R.T.I.ACT 2006

Stealing of intellectual asset in the name of interview. First they should go through the resume and verify its veracity, only then should they call for interview, but still they call prospective poor job seekers and give them topics and ask them to write about the topic.
After that they say they received negative feedback from HR. When someone asks for the content they wrote, they say its company's policy or secrecy because of which they can't give..Content writers wanted in Consim Chennai

I attended an interview with consim info pvt ltd in Chennai.


They gave me some topics and asked me to to write content on paper.
I strained and stressed my self for 1 hour and wrote content. Then they asked me to leave and said they will give feedback on the latter part of the day. But they did not contact me. I called them( Mr.Keerthivasan HR ) to give the feedback. He said they are not able to understand my handwriting( For such positons(senior content writer ) speed also matters(reason behind my bad handwriting). I said I can come again and type the content once again on a computer, they asked me to come, so I went the next day and did as they asked me to do. They once again asked me to leave. But they did not give me feed back so I called them again for which keerthivasan said that they have received a negative feedback from HR. I thanked him for his patience and kind feedback, but requested that my content be sent to me by email. But even after calling them 5 times and waiting for a week they have not sent it. I have no qualms or regrets that they have not recruited me, but I have spent my hard earned money( travel costs), leave for 2 days at loss of pay from may present employer( I am a very poor guy on the street who wants justice like Aravind Keejarival and Anna Hazare) and I have exerted my intellectual resources writing and then typing) I just want my content my intellectual property which I can use as a sample of my writing in my next Interview in some other company or sell it as I am a freelance content writer.

I was not able to meet the standards of this esteemed company, my fate( my selfish previous employers could have given negative feedback as because of my deeds a very very rich CEO had lost some money many employees benefited by becoming modestly and reliably rich and aware of the tricks which companies play by depriving their employees. I still have a lot of support from them. My social status is not that I am or want to be rich but I want to have a presence on this universe as long a people are here to read and listen which I have already achieved.

I WILL REMOVE THIS BLOG AS SOON AS JUSTICE IS DONE.

Thanks a lot for your valuable feedback Sathish. For your information with this you should have mentioned some more details too. Now let me add those too, which is a mere fact.

1. Once you are done with the written test in a max of 3 minutes I called your contact number. But I could'nt reach you because, you have "switched off" your mobile. Then still i tried reaching you for the next 1 hour which is again "switched off".
2. The same evening when you called me, I stated that your mobile number was switched off when I tried reaching you and you "admitted" yes.
3. The next day I asked you to type exactly what you had write in the test, but you didn't. That's far enough to reject your profile, but still I processed it to my Creative Head.
4. I informed you the very next day, that the feedback was "Negative".
5. Couple of days later you asked me to mail the content which you have wrote, I questioned for what, you told me that you gonna post that in your blog. Now tell me how could you expect an HR to reveal the "Test questions/formats/patterns/process" to an open forum. Its not ethical to my profession and organization I belong to.
6. You have mentioned that you spent 2 whole days in interview, but the fact is I scheduled your interview by 3.30 pm. But you were here by before 3 hrs of the scheduled time. Did I wasted your "precious time"?
7. At last, In the same blog above kindly change the spelling of "Consim Carrears" to "Consim Careers" to direct people right.

Dear Hr,

1.Look I am a poor person. I had a old mobile phone with weak battery.
1.5. Why did you not make me to wait in the reception for feedback?I was so eager to get a job.
2.The end of the day means time between 8pm to 10pm. When My mobile was active.
3.When I contacted you for feedback about the interview you said, the feedback was negative.
3.25. A feedback is not negative or positive. By feedback I meant how my performance in the interview was. If you were kind you should have told me that I have made some sort of mistakes of so and so types here and there. You should have said better luck next time.
3.5. To travel from Guduvancherry to your office by walk and bus takes 5 hours. ( Ok let it be too and fro for your comfort)
4.I was staying in Guduvancherry. I had to come to you office by bus and walk. I know you will not be able to understand that because you travel by AC car. But still you should know unpredictable CHENNAI TRAFFIC. I came for the interview ahead of time because I was aware of traffic jam and I am very punctual when I give a commitment to others.
4.I called you 5 times to have my intellectual property sent to me. But you did not say "no" or "yes".
5.Ethics are equal for every one be it employee or employer or one who comes for interview. I am a software engineer and I know of software like net viewer or Team Viewer. A person can remotely monitor what other people are doing in other computers (yahoo, gmail passwords can be hacked) connected to a common network.(Ask your network engineer for more information). Secrecy is for every one. But when people come for interview they reveal their talents hoping that they will get a job. So you are using spying software to monitor your employees activities while using computers in your office. Good be bold and admit it.Can they use spying devices in office(Ethics)

5.I gave you my actual resume without bluffing. I understand you should have received negative feedback from my previous employers. Fine I understand you can reject me for that.I have no qualms. I only want my answers and not your questions.

6. I am not a mere typist. I have intelligence to capture complete sentences to my memory. So by looking at what I wrote on paper I captured the sentence. While typing on the computer I could have used better words. Humans and apes have this ability.
