I want to draw your kind attention towards the maintenance of Gali no.6, Govind Puri Extention, Kalkaji, New Delhi. The work of carpeting has been done partially from the month of December''08 to June'09, a small portion of gali is yet to be completed. The contractor has not completed the work and left the portion for water lodging.
W are facing much difficulties due to this. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

here in vikhroli west theres a big scam going on under the sra development from last six years the builder is telling that the work will be done in 6 mnts or nxt year so by teeling all this stuff he completed his 6 years and he has no knowlege in this feild. the committe members he selected is of no use from the committe members half are illeterate and half are solled to the builder the illeterate committe members dont even come to know that what is happenning and the other main members are a big scam..some of this members had 1 to 2 rooms and they extended it and in annexture 2 we came to know that this main member guyz are a big cheat so sir please walk down to vikhroli west ner old court or take a legal strict action against this guyz i hope this will be working

I am Gagan Singla, resident of Sukhram Nagar, Ludhiana. I am writing this letter to drag you to the condition of this area.
In our street, the project of reconstruction was started in December, 2009 and was completed on 17.05.2010 i.e on last Monday. It was completed in intervals, firstly it was done for 2month and then there was a gap of 2 months and then in May it was again started. People faced many problems because of incomplete work there was deep holes in our street. Last week 5-7 people of our street went to councilor to ask him to restart the work. On the next the work started but for one day only. Then on last Sunday work started and completed on last Monday. The materials which were used in the construction are still laying in front our house since the construction start. Now that work is over but nobody come to claim that material. I had told the workers many times to use that material but nobody listened to us. Then one of them told that after some time they put the material in the truck but no truck came. There are large number of broken bricks and sand lying in front our house. As you know that there is season of wind and when air flow sand get inserted in the eyes of people which could harm them and cause large accidents to happen.
So I hereby, request you to please listen to our problem and do something soon to solve the problem.

i am residence at moh. pathan crawl .old nagardash road. mogra village. andheri (east). mum -69. cts no[protected]. under sra shcem. and i ellegible tenate. annexer. no dcaencadh297 no. 100.but no given room till date said developer.. dt 1997. developer. totatly fraud . and illegal.steps . submitted this proposal . 1). sra given plinth level c.c. and developer. already. construct 7th floor building. 2) sra mentioned our letter no sraeng1947 dated 4 jul 2007. this building given no full c.c. and o.c. yet this Eng. dept. 3). sra agrree. our latter no. sraeng11523. dated 14 feb 2008. developer construct building beyond granted permission .3) this area slum declared by com. authority notification no .dca enc297. 8 march 1990. & mention no construction. without permission. com. authority. under slum act 1971, sec 8 (1). but developer not submitted n.o.c.componment authrity andheri.
I request this scheme totally fraud based .& effect thousand people life .so reg FIR above developer ms elegant developer .under mr&tp sec. 52.., IPC UNDER FRAUD DOCUMENT SUBMITTED MAHARASHTRA GOV. & taking action sra officer because his totally knowledge but no further action developer under IPC SEC. 166. yours truly

Do you all now the actual meaning of SRA in mumbai it is (Slum remove authority) and that authority work for all the builder in mumbai and they all had forgotten that they had been paid by government for Slum people (BPL) not for Builder. this authority was made to help slum people not to remove the slum people and make then homeless...
And my humble request please someone tell them the meaning of it... so that they can open their eye's.

Construction — Stream Water

Hello Sir/Madam,
I am a citizen of Pune.Living at Narhe.
This is to inform you that, last Saturday we had a heavy rainfall in Pune.Due to this heavy rain, all stream water was inside our society.The measurement was about 4 to 5 feet. This was due to the stream was choked by some of builders for new construction.We have not completed a year over there and we have to face such kind of problems,even after all needed documents are cleared. I really now believing that there is no necessity to follow the rules and regulation as those people are only facing in problems and others are seeing the free cost show.
