[Resolved]  Cooking Gas & Appliances , BD Market, Salt Lake, Kolkata — Manager of Indane Agency Misbehaves & not giving connection on transfer Paper

Respected Sir,

I am a customer of Indane Gas in Lucknow with A K P gas agency, Aliganj, Kapoorthala S.B No-0214135. My connection No. is AK 19832 at AKP Gas Agency, aliganj, Lucknow UP. They have transferred my connection to Cooking Gas & Appliances, BD Market, Salt Lake, Kolkata. When I contacted to Cooking Gas & Appliances Agency with my transfer papers, the Manager of Cooking Gas & Appliances Agency asked he need confirmation letter from Lucknow as everything was fine in paper . I told him that me & my family suffering from problem with delay, I live on rented in house salt Lake kolkata. I have sent the letter by courier from my pocket for confirmation from Lucknow & also request with them to sent the letter urgently by courier & they did it 5 days before by Falsh back courier but now Manager shouting on me brutally & refused the receipt of confirmation Letter. I told him that I am a customer of Indane Gas and you should not behave with a customer like this. He told me go away from hare.

He did not suggest me that what I should do to transfer my connection.

I request officials please look in to this matter.

I am a service man & living with my wife & 6 months baby please help it out as soon as possible.
