Our Samsung Refrigerator had the problem of Water Leaking from the cooling vent just below the freezer, we contacted Cool Way, Shop No. 286, LIC Colony, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad through Just Dial Services. The first Day the concerned person came immediately and changed the Deep Frosting Controller, the Bianel tube (Rs.1650/- + Rs.450/-) and the service charge as Rs. 250/- and also an year warranty. Within a week, the fridge didnot provide any cooling and all our things got spoiled. In spite of calling them frantically, there was no response from their side and the Mobile Number provided on the receipt was always switched off. Again another worker visited and he changed the Sensor at a cost of Rs.450/- and did not even provide a proper receipt. Again within few days, the fridge did not cool at all, then we contacted the Authentic Samsung Engineers who not only rectified the problem but also told us that the cost of the spare parts changed by the Cool Way Workers was more than double the Company's Price.
The Number provided on the Cash Memo by the Cool Way are - [protected] and [protected]. We tried to locate the shop but it was not tracked down. I request you to please look into the matter as early as possible and lodge a complaint against the Cool way services.

Samsung AC — Inefficient service

We bought a Samsung AC in April 2004 from Mumbai. It was working fine till we moved to Ludhiana and decided to get it serviced. The servicing (which only involved washing the unit) was done in June 2007. Within 3 months, we noticed that the AC was not cooling. On lodging a complaint, wee were told that the gas had leaked and it would have to be refilled.
The technicians came home to do the needful in October 2007, equipped with insufficient equipment (used our LPG, and other tools), and left. With the onset of winters, the AC was not used for several months, and was used only after April 2008.
Every time we switched on the AC, there was a hissing sound and clanking. Now the gas again seems to have leaked out since the AC has stopped cooling.
The service seems to be very inefficient. It seems to be more a problem of the service centre, since we never faced any problems in Mumbai.
I am a little unsure about where to lodge the complaint against the centre directly to Samsung, and ensure proper treatment of the problem of the AC
