Our Electrolux Kelvinator had a cooling issue on the date 20/07/2011. I called up JUST DIAL to ask for the AUTHORIZED Electrolux Kelvinator Service Center. But, they provided me a number of a random service and they inturn called us up as JUST DIAL forwarded them my number to a service center named COOL WAY, located at Shop No. 286, LIC Colony, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. The service(technician named SALMAN) was pretty fast as they reached home and changed a spare part of the product viz., Thermostat or thermister( God knows, he did not even know the correct spelling). And charged a mind boggling Rs.1600/- (spare parts and including service charge). And to win the trust and seems authentic, they gave the assurance of 6 months warranty. I was not present at home or else would have done something about it. After 2 weeks, the refrigerator is back to the same condition and now and it's not cooling. We've been calling COOL WAY but, in vain. The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]. Now, the company is untraceable. It seems that the address, receipt, phone number and the whole company itself is FAKE AND SHAM and they are looting, cheating needy customers and people in the name of service in broad daylight. Even the location provided is fake. After much searching over the Internet and reading complaints, only then I knew that I am not alone, there are many others who got cheated by the COOL WAY services. And also JUST DIAL is equally responsible as they are forwarding the number to unauthorized and fake service centers even though I repeatedly asked them for authorized service centers. Please take necessary and stringent action over them especially COOL WAY services.
