[Resolved] Corporation Bank — clearing department fault | |
Subject: complaint against clearing department of corporation bank Dear Sir, please find attached a copy of return slip & a bankers cheque given to me by Bank of Baroda Modinagar Branch in my complaint i want to told you that i have my saving account number 44146 with corporation bank preet vihar New delhi.I deposited the attached cheque with your branch B-1 sector 26 Noida . two times the cheque returned by you with reason mentioned . during my query i enquired with preet vihar branch i came to know that noida branch sending the cheque to Bank of Baroda Ghaziabad Branch But the cheque was of Bank of baroda branch Modinagar it was the mistake of clearing department also the penalty of return cheque debited to my account needless to mention how much financial loss suffered by me that the payment not made to me since one month you are requested to please do the needful action at the earliest yours truely ANUJ KUMAR GARG B-93 MAHESH PARK MODINAGAR U.P [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

i am rahul.i ve taken a loan of 1, 80, 000 in 2005, now my repayment starts, manager ve deducted 10, 000 without informing as the manager doesnt i ve respect to talk to us so i feeling ashamed to talk to him he speaks as if we r beggars n cant repay so wat should i do n how much i ve to pay monthly according to the rbi rules plz help me out…….. i have not seen manager so cheap….loan i ve taken in corporation bank. the loan i ve taken from corporation bank, coen road, hubli n he is a present manager…….i request u to take some actions n make him to go according to the rules which i ve read in RBI RULES FOR EDUCATION LOAN..n he was forced me to sign in document i told to manger that i will show that document to my dad n sign so threw the document towards me . is it the way to treat the students.n on that day he deducted 10, 000 from the account. he speaks so rudely. its a long story i can mention those things in mail. plz take some serious actions . i don want other students to face the problem like this
