[Resolved]  Country Vacations — Welcome kit was not delivered. No response from them.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Shanmuganathan from Bangalore purchased Country Vacations plan on 16/Dec /2012 for Rs 48000. They committed to deliver the below given services as part of this plan

1. Classic Membership
2. Free 2 Nights & 3 Days for 2 years
3. Free Moksh Gym for one year or two years tassha
4. Free Spa kit including 30 massage treatments

I was told that I would be getting my welcome kit in 3 working days but even after 20 working days, I haven’t got any delivery from them. I tried calling their customer care number several number. Most of the time my call is not received. Even if it is attended by somebody they are asking some time to verify my case and cutting my call without proper response. I sent several emails to their customer care mail ID but there is no response for any of those emails. For the initial few days, their sales executives (who sold this package to me) were responding to my calls and later they stopped responding to me.

Through this communication, I would request you to kindly help me for canceling my membership and refund my payment as soon as possible.
