Ref my complaint no SR[protected] dt 17Aug,09 and follow up no from icici bankSr[protected] reg cr of Rs 20619.95.I recd mail from beneficiary that they have given the complete refund on 31st Aug,09 vide transaction id [protected] dated 9thsep,09.The credit for the same has not been given to me so far. I am pasting here the message recd from the beneficiary.
