[Resolved]  Creditcard — Cibil defaulter.

Dear All,
Iam holding your credit card no [protected] & made my full payment of Rs 37488/- which i have confirmed from your phone banking officer & i was informed very clearly that this will be my full & final payment.

But till date iam recieving calls & sms from your side for payments which i dont understand why iam harrased after making my payments.

I have logged various complaints in phonebanking but i had not got any response as they are telling as this is interest which they have charged as i have never utilised my card after making my payments.
Today also i have recieved sms to pay 2905.85 which is unfair.

when i apply for credit cards iam not getting and i came to know my data in in CIBEL, Kinldy verify and let me know if my data is really in CIBEL or not, because i have never defaulted any bank till now.

My Date of Birth is[protected] R/o 25/73-74 Top Floor West Patel Ngr New Delhi My Cell No is [protected] and Pan No is AHBPS3079D I have applied for loan but the LOAN DEPT IS showing defaulter with ABN Amro and Standard Chatered (credit cards) but no dues are lying in my credit card and also closed the same credit cards. Then also Loan Dept is showing me defaulter and they told me to get cleared with CIBEL . Please clear my account . TO PROCEED WITH MY LOAN PROCESS.

Could you please tell me whats the procedure to remove name from cibel,

My Name is Muthu Kumar, residing at chennai. My Address is No.4, Booshanam Street, Chennai. When i applied for a loan for purchasing a new Yamaha Gladiator Bike, But the finance company said that my name is in cibel, with 17000 rupees as overdue amount, can i know the details of the same, as i don't have any outstanding to be paid for any bank's. Please do the needful at the earliest, as i don't know the procedure for the same.

Such organisation should be user friendly for the customers also, as the mistakes done by the bank's reflects a black mark on the customer's profile.

If i have to contact any persons directly over phone or face to face, i am ready to do the same inorder to remove the black mark on my name

I am Ganesan A stayed in a Mansion, Chennai, was worked in Cognizant Technology Solutions applied a ICICI credit card on 23/10/2007. A month later i got a call from the ICICI bank stated that my card was approved and the same person informed about the Lombard Insurance Mediclaim policy from ICICI Bank.
I informed that i havent received the card but he suggested that the card will be dispatched through courier within a week and i can apply for the policy verbally.
I agreed to apply for that policy as i can get the tax exemption and i have to pay Rs 370.00 monthly.


But i haven't received that credit card nor the Insurance policy documents yet. A year later in end of 2008, a lady from the Bank ask me when i'll pay the insurance amount and i informed them number of times regarding the above status as i havent received any card nor the documents. also i informed that i wont pay any amount because i was not benefited by credit card nor the insurance policy
Also I haven't signed any document,

Now while applying for a personal loadn in Axis bank i came to know that my name is in CIBEL.
While enquring in ICICI Phone banking they informed that my name is not in the credit card list an they are asking me to apply for a new card.

Kindly help me in this regard.
