DESPITE REQUESTING THAT HELP ME NORMALIZING MY ACCOUNT,STILL ON THE ONE SIDE I AM MAKING THE PAYMENT AND ON THE OTHER SIDE I AM BEING CHARGED WITH ALL DIFFERENT TYPE OF CHARGES.UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU DONT REVERSE MA CHARGES MY ACCOUNT(ALL CHARGES INCLUDING THE FINANCE CHARGES,LATE CHARGES AND ANY OTHER CHARGES OF THE LAST 5 MONTHS) WONT ME NORMALIZED.
EXECUTIVES ARE SENT ON MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS ON ONE SIDE AND ON THE OTHER SIDE THEY ARE LYING SAYING THAT I AM NOT RESPONDING ON THE PHONE WHEREAS I AM FOLLOWING UP THE CASE ALMOST DAILY. WITH THEM.
THEY JUST DONT WANT MY ACCOUNT TO BE NORMALIZED AND WANT TO DRAG IT TO SETTLEMENT PART WHICH I DONT WANT.
THEY ARE DRAGGING THE CASE SINCE LAST 5-6 MONTHS INTENTIONALLY.
A EXECUTIVE CALLED GEETANJALI TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL BE TRYING TO GET A REVESAL AND TO POST A MAIL TO A ID GIVEN BY THEM BUT THEN ON TOP OF THAT I AM BEING GIVEN A CALL BY THE NO[protected] AND THE LADY EXECUTIVE CALLED RACHNA IS TELLING WHO TOLD YOU ABOUT MAILING AND REVERSALS AND ON THE PHONE ITSELF SHE WAS SCOLDING THAT EXECUTIVE CALLED GEETANJALI.AND THEN TOLD THAT I AM JUST BOTHERED ABOUT THE PAYMENT.
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO.IF I AM FOLLOWING A ETHICAL WAY ON ONE SIDE AND ON THE OTHER SIDE YOU GIVE ME SUCH LANGUAGE THEN I AM NOT TAKING THAT.SO MIND YOU YOU WILL GET WHAT U GIVE,THEN DONT TELL ME BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT LEAVING ME WITH ANY CHOICE.
THERE ARE MANY LAWS IN INDIA WHICH EXISTS.

I AM ALREADY TELLING U THAT I AM FOLLOWING THE ROUTE OF MAILS AND CUSTOMER CARE DEN I DONT WANT ANY CALLS OR OTHER THINGS THAT WOULD FORCE ME TO TAKE A DIFFERENT STEP.
THE CASE WAS VERY SIMPLE I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS IN WHICH MY MANAGER DID A MESS OF PAYMENTS BECAUSE OF WHICH THERE WERE MANY CHARGES THAT WERE LEVIED ON MA ACCOUNT.BECAUSE OF WHICH THERE WERE MANY CHARGES THAT WERE LEVIED ON MY ACCOUNT.AS SOON I CAME I JUST TOLD THEM THE CASE AND TOLD THEM TO REVERSE THE CHARGES SO THAT THE MINIMUM DUE COMES TO A LEVEL WHERE I CAN MAKE THE PAYMENTS.BUT THEY KEPT ON DRAGGING THE CASE FOR 3 MONTHS PROMISING ME A LOT OF TIMES.NOW WHEN AFTER DITCHED SO MANY TIMES I WANT AN ACTION.
IT IS BECOMING TOO HECTIC FOR ME TO PAY ALL THIS PAYMENT. SO PLEASE HELP ME BY REVERSE MY ALL LATE PAYMENT,OVERDUE N CHQ RETURN CHARGES. SO THAT MY ACCOUNT COMES TO A NORMAL MODE AND IT BECOMES EASY FOR ME TO CLEAR MY DUES.KINDLY REVERSE ALL MA CHARGES INCLUDING THE FINANCE CHARGES AND THE OTHER CHARGES.
LAST 3 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN DOING THE PAYMENT ON THE BELIEF THAT REVERSALS WILL BE DONE. THIS IS MY LAST AND FINAL ATTEMPT FOR RESOLVING THE PROBLEM.
I HAVE A LONG AND A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH HDFC.I CARRY HIGH AMOUNT OF RESPECT FOR HDFC.DONT PROVE ME WRONG.I AM A PRIVILEGED CUSTOMER OF HDFC.
