[Resolved] Croma — bad service | |||
Dear All I bought a mobile and had given it last month for service at croma under extended warranty period(given on 20/5/12)still now i have not got it repaired .once they called me to collect it but to my surprise it was not repaired.at all.....then i started making customer complaints but nothing is happening other than some calls from store and service area.Today i have registered my 11thcomplaint.details....60 days over and counting........ 1st complaint no:494514 2nd-495683 3rd-501129 4th-503613 5th-507214 6th-510698 7th-513567 8th-518805 9th-530826 10th-537641 11th-93732 gate pass no:6612 invoice no:[protected] On Sunday(15/7/12) i went to croma after getting a call to collect the phone after repair.To my surprise again the phone is not repaired.Croma keeps surprising me an i keep filing complaints.Hope there will be an end to this. Croma — not got money back for the scratch card
Sir,I have purchased a DELL INSPIRON1545 Laptop on 6 December2009 through online booking and got a scrach card and got 3% cash back . I submitted all the paper axcept the full invoice paper of laptop , but there was no feedback from your side , could u please inform us about on my no [protected].
I have purchased one Split AC from Croma Hadapsar Pune bill no.[protected] dated 26.3.2010.
I have been charged in bill Rs. 1500 as installation.
Now when person for intallation had come, he is asking Rs. 2500 hole drilling and 750 for bracket.
you can imagine for a installation which was initially indicated for Rs. 1500 now swelled to 4750 i.e. more than three times.
I strongly object to this type of selling tactics which are certainly not expected of Croma
I demand a solution and compensation for this.

Croma — pendrive not working properly

I have Purchased a Blood pressure Measuring machineof IBP from one of your outlets suddenly it stopped working and was under warranty i gave it for repair on 11/02/2012 and was committed that it would be done within 14 days but as of today i.e 02/03/2012 (21 days) no update....i have followed up time and time only assurance sir we will call you and let you know but only god knows when they will call....now what should i do wait another 21days or forget the machine&money.....if not please keep it with you i dont want it as it is a great customer service.

NEVER buy anything from CROMA RETAIL, GO TO VIJAY SALES, GO TO R MALL, GO TO RELIANCE SHOP ANYWHERE BUT NO CROMA.
At one point, I had trememdous faith in the Croma brand, being a Tata Enterprise. However, their Repairs and service division (which most likely is outsourced) is more than just PATHETIC. I bought a Croma Split a/c in Jun2011 (& thankfully bought an extended warranty). But after just one year, the a/c has started giving me so much trouble, that it is unimaginable. In two months, I had to have it serviced/repaired thrice and the third time around, it has gone for good! More than 14 days, and i still have received no revert on what the problem is or where the a/c is or what has happened to it?!
Also, as a word of caution, NEVER EVER, buy any in-house product (branded as CROMA). I am really repenting buying the Croma split a/c.

Croma a shame on the name of TATA's when it comes to offering after sales services. I have purchased as Ac with extended warranty that has not been working. I have complained over 10 days ago (registered a complaint SR [protected]) and have been continuously following up with their help line without any success for the last 10 days. The last time i had a issue they took over 20 days to have it sorted, I feel Sorry for the call center employees who have to bear with our anger and frustration thanx to a team of good for nothing service providers. This extended warranty we pay for is nothing more than a farce to siphon money from customers on the name of the TATA brand.. Don't bother paying your hard earned money to these people..

Croma — CROMA is charging 5.75 % as manufacturering charge
I wanted to buy ac on emi scheme . Croma is charging me 5.75 as manufacturing charge . this wont be charged when i buy on direct whole amount. Strange
