[Resolved] Croma Retail — Fooling Customers | |||
We purchased a refrigerator (Whirlpool Professional classic), invoice number being SLF02A[protected] on October 15, 2011 from Croma at Pacific Mall, Plot No.1,Dr. Burman Marg,Site IV,S, Ghaziabad - 201001. Following is our experience in this regard: The company sold us a product that they did not have. They promised us to deliver the product the very next day. They did not deliver it at all. They did not bother to call us and tell if there was any problem. We waited for two days. We tried the phone number given by them. The customer care executive told us that they will revert back. But even they did not call us back. This happend twice. From our experience and seeing so many complaints here I am convinced that this company does not value its customers. We have cancelled our purchase and now waiting for the refund. Hope at least this comes on time. Was this information helpful? | |||
