[Resolved]  Crossing Republik — Do not book flat as Dumping yard is coming very close to Crossings Republik

Guys anyone knows should i buy flat in Crossing republic now ?

I am going to booked a savior project in CR. Please share your thoughts about their quality and dumping area issues.

Hey Guys, I am also planning to buy a flat in CR, can anybody honestly plz suggest me for this wheather it is good decision for long term investment??

there are three main problems for Crossing Republic

1) Carbon Factory and other industrial area on the other side of Highway, which will definitely bring asthma to the Residents.

2) there is sewage treatment plant in the vicinity, for which no one talks about.which is already polluting the area and ground water.

3) Dumping Yard problem will never be shorted out, as municipality need it for bigger cause of the city. Till now there is no such big dumping yard in the city. it can't be shifted other place as there is no such vacant land belong to the Municipality. for such place the authority need to move another 50 KM, which is not economically viable. and most important why Municipality will shift the yard, when they got the green signal from High Court and it is being constructed as per directions of Supreme Court issued in 1996.

OTHERS: no metro connectivity is coming till 2021. no one has enquired about ground water pollution in its existing form and future availability, as builder has agreed to provide RO/ treated water to kitchen, which everyone is taking as facility from the builder but no one bothers WHY it is so.

I am shifiting in panchsheel wellington in next few days. 100 more families are arriving there in next 2 months. On an average, daily 2 families are coming.

People, keep cribbing about Dump.:))

I have got 12 lacs appreciation on my flat in last 2months. This is almost 25% appreciation.

Golf course infront of my home is 99% ready and is looking more beautiful day by day. There are 4-5 shopping complexes coming up in next few months there. We have ATMs, dairy shops, full fldged markets already working fully packed there.

Now with onset of metro on NExtn road and widening of NH-24, which were the only 2 pending issues. There is full connectivity for school buses there. Majority of CR population is well literate form major IT and finance and MBAs. This is what separates it from all other places.

Can anyone suggest if i should go for a flat in CR or not. I am totally confused thanks to mixed reviews.

Positive Review:
1) Nearly 1 lac people are already staying there.
2) Land appreciation is also there. Flat rates are increasing drastically.
3) Malls and Crossing 2 is on the plan in CR.
4) Ansal township is coming.

Negative:
1) Allahabad court already ordered for Dumping yard at the initial site of 14 acres.
2) What will happen if this nightmare comes true.

There is need to Take up the matter with Civil Authorities such as GDA, Municipal Corporation Of ghaziabad and Pollution Control Board etc by RWA of Crossing republic to find out the the latest status in the matter.

If Dumping Ground comes it will badly effect the environment and well being of the area.

Do not book flat in Crossing Republic
Dear friends

I have booked a flat in Panchsheel Wellington (Crossing Republic) in 2009 and shifted on 16th June, 2012. After shifting I and my family are suffering lot from dense pollution due to near by industrial area. The builders and investors spread wrong information among poor people to hike the price of crossing republic. The following wrong information they spread that Metro coming soon, but there is no proposal for Metro to reach in Crossing Republic as per Gaziabad Master Plan 2021. Secondly there is no water in ground up to the level of 150 feet, if so the water is toxic polluted. Another big problem arise in coming future that as per Master Plan 2021 and High Court order the Dumping yard built in near to crossing republic. The prices will never increase in future as compare to Noida & Greater Noida. 12 to 16 hrs. no electricity in crossing republic. I know how i am suffiring here.
The Builders & Investors spread false statement towards crossing republic and cheat the poor people. This is my request do not invest hard earn money for crossing republic property.

I am fully agree with GM as mentioned above. There is no future to invest in Crossing Republik Property. It would be better to invest in Noida and Gr. Noida.

I am also having flat in crossing supertech livingston and on 10th May 2013, I got a call from an agent that supreme court has given orders to start work on dump yard in crossing area. Also he told me that there are posters all around the crossing for some protest on 19th May 2013 for which everyone should come. I just wanted to know if there is any reality in this or is it just a rumour?

I heard that on 30th April 2013, there was some ruling awaited from supreme court for the dump yard. Is anyone aware of the outcome?

There is no problem in crossings republik. and with such a huge population no evil can be done because its a huge vote base now. so nothing to worry. we were the first to come here are enjoying every bit of this ultramodern dynamic township.

It is a good blog but have no date & time, so don't know which is the latest update...please let me know the dumping ground news latest update.

Don't get confused by seeing these images this is not swimming pool of crossing republik ghaziabad. These pics are taken from parking area of GH-07 crossing republik ghaziabad.

These peoples are very social they cares for mosquitoes and other insect they have water stored and leakage in parking area so that dengue and malaria's mosquito can survive.

If you are going to complaint in maintenance department no one is going to listen you.

Maintenance charges is very high in GH-07 crossing republik they are deducting around 92 Rs per day(around 2800 Rs per month) for maintenance for a 2 BHK flat. What kind of maintenance they are providing you can see in images.

unfortunately, there's no transparency over governing body's decision. that's why we are here to get our plans and future sorted out. However, all in vain, as above comments will never depict a clear picture for a solution seeker.

Guys any update on crossing republic, how are things moving on ?
Today went to one of the builders got some good deal but while checking online, got to see many negative comments. Any further update :) No recent comments.
