Dear All,

I purchased FIAT Palio Stile SDE from Dada Motors, Ludhiana on May 05, 2008. This turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life as since then, I have been continuously chasing Dada Motors for curing numerous defects in my car. Unfortunately, despite spending hefty amounts on the product and its services / repairs, I have never felt completely satisfied with this purchase of mine. The main reason behind this dissatisfaction is that every one whom I contacted at Dada Motors, Tata Motors and FIAT India (from TOP to BOTTOM in hierarchy) completely ignored the concerns highlighted by me. This is a height of customer exploitation and I will keep fighting against this till I am there in this world.
