THIS GAS AGGENCY VERY BAD SERVICE. STAFF BEHAVIOR IS VERY SHAMEFUL . FIST OF ALL THEY HAVE SOME PHONE NO FOR BOOKING BUT WHEN YOU MAKE A CALL FOR BOOKING THET CAN'T PICK THE PHONE, IF YOU BOOK YOUR GAS BY YOUR SELF & GO TO STORE TO TAKE A CYLINDER . THE STAFF OF STORE TALK WITH YOU VERY LOUDLY, IN DASUYA GAS AGGENCY HAVE NO DOOR SERVICE FOR DELIVERY . VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

i dont agrre with you guys. The refill delivery takes time due to shortage and there is no fault of Gas Agency. We all know very well that in winters we the ga consumptions is more due to gas-geaser, marriages and the food takes time to get cooked. This shortage is all over India, in other parts of the state people are getting cylinder after 60+ days. Further, the staff will behave the way we talk to them, they have to deal with around 1000 cutomers everyday, half of whom just talk non-sense and most of the times abusive.
DEAR FRIENDS THE ONE OF BAD SERVICE IN THIS COMPANY, YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR CYLINDER AFTER BOOKING OF 21 DAYS, IF YOU MAKE A CALL OF THIS AGENCY THEY PICK THE LANDLINE PHONE . I BOOK MY CYLINDER IN DEC. 6.2011, BUT WHEN I GO & TALK TO MR. GUPTA FRONT MANAGER HE TOLD ME IN DATE 22.12.2011 NO GAS, 26.12.2011 NO GAS, 3.1.2012 NO GAS, 4.1.2012 NO GAS COME AFTER SOME DAYS, MR GUPTA JI IF GAS IS NOT COMING SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW, SWEET SHOP OWNER, MARRIGE PALACE OWNER, DHABA OWNER, & SOME OTHER PEOPLE LET'S GET THESE PEOPLE, ONE OF THE BAD SERVICE OF THIS AGENCY, & IF YOU SAY NOT PLEASE ARRENGE A COMPLANTE BOOK IN YOUR AGENCY AND AFTER FEW DAY READ
