I have debentures of ESSAR OIL Limited, Folio no.00185496 which are under redemption. M/S Sharepro Services ( India ) Pvt. Ltd. issued the redemption plan in their letter ref. no.E1E1/500797/1219/07dt. January 29, 2007 and accordingly paid the I instalment of Rs. 3130/-. The II and III instalments due on[protected] and[protected] respectively have not been paid so far . On referring to M/S Sharepro, they have just informed that they are no longer the Registrars and I may contact you, M/S Datamatics Financial Services Ltd., for further services. What is the status of Ross Murarka Finance Ltd.? I am having 100 shares of the company and since 1993 there is no any communication from company to me as a shareholder.

I am having Fixed Deposits Receipts of Rs. 25000/- of M/s LLoyds Finance Ltd. In spite of sending letter to their Chairman at Mumbai Office latest on 2007, reply for the same is not yet received about the status of returning these matured deposits money to me. What to do further?
