[Resolved]  Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. — Non Delivery of Aakash Tablet

Mentioned below is the details of the email conversation I have had with Datawind from Feb 2012. I purchased a tablet computer from the company online , it has been 11 months and the tablet has still not been delivered . The support team keeps replying back that the tablet will be delivered in 3 weeks but its never happened. Please take very serious action as I have made full payment for the tablet in March and till Dec there has been false promised made by the company and no action has been taken expect for sending false emails.

It is close to 10 days now when I received your last email , please see details below.
Please share the status of my order , please let me know if it has been shipped yet or not.

I had planned to gift this device to my father on his birthday which was on 20th March 2012 , so I had made the order and payment accordingly.
It’s really sad that it’s been 4 months still and I have been waiting for the device still.

Please keep in mind making a world class product itself does not help if not backed by a world class service which your company lags majorly as of now.
Please work on the customer service and communication part of the product sales , also please ensure you have a help line of customer care which is up and working 24/7 and also which works as of now email is
the only mode of communication which is very frustrating.

Awaitng endlessly for my product , and before that a response form your company.
