Dear sir/madam, This complaint against all the collection agencies. My husband has taken personal loan from the bank. As family members we are not involved in his business. It is very traumatic for a family when the collection agency comes to our residence and harasses us for the payment. They behave very rudely and threat us for payments. I am very traumatized by the whole issue. Please help……………….

I asked for d education loan for my sister this year from DCB bank. It was told that the loan will be interest free & need to be paid off after d child is graduate & she starts to earn by herself, but now they r saying that we need to pay interest as well from now on. I m a middle class person & m already paying a debt. Plz advise what to do? Need help.

i had a pl from DCb which i have duly cleared. have some out standing balance which i want to clear but because of the financial problem i m not in position to do so but will clear it as soon as my problem is solved as per the record you can see i have regularly done the payment. i am not even asking for settlement as i intend to clear all my dues
but an employ is regularly calling me from [protected] & [protected]
since morning 11am to evening 5.30pm 28/04/2012 continuously even during resting hour has been harassing, abusing, threatening, and also put false allegation by calling my wife my mother as well as my in laws, as they are senior citizens i have every right to object to this as they are not the part of the Pl, as per the rule of RBI no recovery agencies can call or harass senior citizen during resting hours.for which i am left with no option but to lodge a police complaint & also complain with telephone record to RBI regarding this matter & also in media. i demand a written apology on letter head & an explanation regard the same from the same lady & the bank for appointing such a low grade recovery agency with no knowledge of RBI rules for recovery
