[Resolved] DDA — Rohini Residential 1981 Scheme

My parents booked under DDA Rohini Residential 1981 scheme approx 26 years ago. DDA promised that the allotment will be done very soon to the registered members. My father is a retired person and mother is really broken to see DDA response. This can not be done by DDA. It is not a private firm which can easily ditch 25000 members in a democratic country. We are really sad to see such a slow response from the governement or any social firm. Noone is ready to take any kind of action on this matter. Number of letters and application are sent by aged people (like my parents). All the registered members are really old and can't make 1000 of rounds to the DDA office. For those who filled DDA form 2010: Check the result for form number 1070441-Poonam Gautam, 1070442-Rahul Gautam, 1070443-Preeti Gautam these 3 are in sequence and father's names is same : Surender Kumar, All of them got LIG flats in kondly in same block...What a setting yaar

I am sorry to note that even after 30 yrs I could not get any responce from DDA for the allotment of my plot under DDA ROHINI SCHEME LIG 1981. Kindly inform me the status for the same. My Application No. is 158957 and Priority No. is 21305. I shall be very much thankful to respond me for the same at your's earliest. 30 yrs is a very long period to wait. I have become old to hear from DDA so far now. Please expedite the matter to respond me at your's earliest.

DDA — traffic jam

i would like to bring to your kind notice about the unbearable daily traffic jams occurring in the narrow lane connecting kisangarh to mehraulli mainly due to large no of four wheeler taking this route as a short-cut.The jam not only wastes time but also energy unnoticed by the commuters and instead of saving their time and energy, they are loosing it. As a solution to this problem ,i think traffic police can be deployed at all the exits of this road and only the residents should be allowed to take their four wheeler in.To recognize resident's vehicle an identity card can be issued to every vehicle for the residents of this area.

Sir,
we are living in ashok vihar c-2 block,there is a run of many small
motor car repair company. they are spreding air and noise pullution in our localty . they are using spray paint and doing very heavy noise.And also when we was complaining of all of this they start doing abusing and misbehaving with us.
Sir they are doing end of heres residentiel enviornment.
kindly do the need full action.
we are facing so many problems by these illigel car workshop.
i am enclosing the photos of there workshops and see how they are harresing us.

My Mother had applied for this scheme and is still waiting .
1st dda allotted a 60 sq yards plot instead of 90 sq yard as per original application.
2nd. for more than a year after the e-allotment there has been no demand letter .
3rd. You keep visiting and re-visiting ther Vikas Sadan and they give a stupid answer; we will give info in newspaper !!
4th . I am sure DDA is waiting for all applicants to die so that they cancel and eat away the land as they have been trained by conress.
