[Resolved]  DDA Refund — non receipt of application money

i have not received my application money till date following are my details

draft no 742086

this is regarding the applicaion money which was deposited with application form for DDA Housing scheme 2010 with ICICI bank. Till today I have not received the money back. My .

draft no 001228
almost 1 months has passed who will bear the cost of interest due to delay?

Application form number 0499329, applicant name Purushottam Dass Malik, address 3/1197 UP awas vikas parishad colony vasundhra Ghaziabad (U.P.) .The refund of Rs.150000/- has not been received so far.Pls arrange refund with the interest of the period due, pls respond immediately.

As per SMS received at my phone No - [protected] i'm asked to collect my refund (DD No - 953596) from ICICI Bank Green Park Delhi- 16 within 7 days i. e by 14th of may 2011. You are requested to deposit the same draft / refund in my PNB sector - 18 Noida in my OD A/c No.[protected], as i am not personally fit to collect the same by 14/5/2011.
However if same is not possible i may be able to collect the same through an authorised person or collect personally subject to the advice of my doctor after 19/5/2011 or by or before 01/06/2011.

I fail to understand what holds up the refund?

DD maked by Axis Bank, Palam Colony, New Delhi-77 and application deposited in Axis Bank, Palam Colony, New Delhi-77.

almost 2 months has passed who will bear the cost of interest due to delay?

I received my draft today through speed post!

I also did not recvd the money of 150000 for my applcation no 9228719.
Who canm help. Helpline no of DDA is always ringing but no body picks up.
