I have purcahsed one foot massager from www.indmall.com by paying money via ICICI money transfer.

I got the confirmation of my purchase, still not received the product, kindly do not buy the product from this website, you would be cheated.

I dont know how to get the money back.

Hey this is pretty serious. I bought the deals from you guys for movie tickets and the validity of the service was till 13 August 2011 now all of a sudden you decided to reduce my validity to 31 July 2011 and your helpline is a disaster as always.
Nobody wants to help and cannt even call you for the assistance. When i first called your systems were down. Today i had a family plan for going to movie and nobody was picking up the phone at the vendor that you mentioned Movietime Rajouri Garden and when i called you for the validity, I was told it will take 48 hrs for any response and gave me the number of the vendor and that number gave me another number after trying several attempts on that phone number. The next number i recieved from them doesnt work either so i called Deals and You and got the response that i will hear from their team in 48 hrs again.
Now my deal is about to get expire according to you and i cannt use it between friday and sunday and i havent used it in 2 weeks and the 4 week offs that i had on monday and tuesday just because of your service.
This is highly unacceptable and the representatives said that the amount paid is non refundable. So this is cheating on your part on failure to deliever service. Although the amount of Rs 1050 is not too small but what is not right is not right and i will stand for justice. I am harrassed and denied service here and this is not good after being a customer with you.
Please Deals and You being a reputed company stand for your reputation and provide me some good resolution as soon as you can

I have been trying get a resolution from them since 4th Aug but in vein. My order no. 199360. I bought 2 vouchers for Shamika's marvel saloon. When I bought the services provided on that deal were 8-9 services later it changed to 4. When contacted the vendor they said they are not running with any such deals. This site is just fake and taking money from people. Their customer executives are pathetic. Any from the team can you help to get my money back.

Deals and You — Non delivery / bad response

I placed an order for the Pioneer audio player on the 14th of July as per the details below :

Though the delivery should've been in 21 working days, as of 19th Aug. 2011 (more than 28 working days), I've not recd. the goods.
I tried to get the delivery status by calling [protected] for about 5 times but all the time, I was asked to "Hold On" and call after 2 hours. Their Miss Anju, Nisha and Mr.Rohit (or Rohan) didn't allow me to escalate the complaint up to their supervisor under many unbelievable excuses.

I've already spent more than Rs.100.00 on the phone bills, my schedule of installation of this Pioneer Player is badly upset and I'm totally frustrated with "Deals and You".

I seek your help.

i completely agree wid this because i ordered nokia blutooth headset frm deals and you but they have nt delivered my product even after two months even they say that they cant refund my money this site is completely cheat and eating public money openly and dont have any fear

my order no. 190555. i had contacted various time to know the status of my order.
but they had no any satisfactory answer when i had called on 27.08.11

they had told me that this product is not in their stock so u have to wait some days more.

tempted by their online offer of 92% discount on a perfume worth Rs1250 available for Rs99 Ipaid Rs99 by credit card. When no response came Icontacted them over telephone when I was informed that the discount was on a discount coupon of Rs 1250 and not on perfume which costs Rs 3000. Deals & You — Order Not Received

My order number 431331 a Sony Ericsson phone which i ordered on feb 26 is still not delivered after 30 working days and these people are still not seemingly in a mood to do so. After one month they said there is problem in the payment which wasn't from my end and then they asked for some scanned copy of documents which were also submitted immediately. They still are not replying to the mails or calls properly. Iam fed up of there service and willing to take some serious legal action against these fraudsters.

We have also been cheated by Dealsandyou.com

Around 2 months ago, my wife purchased one voucher from website - "http:/Www.Dealsandyou.Com" to be used for "body & soul".

Following are the voucher details:

We have been facing lots of problems from the day we bought this voucher, let us explain you from the starting:

1. We bought this voucher from this website(mentioned above), only because this website was showing that "body & soul" is located in marathalli, Bangalore. Next day after purchasing the voucher, When we called "Body & soul" for an appointment, we got to know that "body & soul" is not located at marathalli anymore. Other then marathalli, all "body & soul" were far from our place.
So, we thought to cancel the voucher and called "Dealsandyou.Com" customer care, we called this number many times at number[protected] mentioned at website. But, they only said that they will get back to us with in 48 hours. But we didnt get any call from their side.

2. After waiting for couple of days, when we did not receive any call from their side, finally, on 24/03/2012(Before voucher expiration), we decided to go to "body & soul", which is located at indira nagar (which is very far from our place). But after reaching there, we got to know that, they stopped accepting these vouchers. We again called "Dealsandyou.Com" customer care, but they did NOT give any positive response. Finally, we left from "body & soul" after waiting there for one hour. Which was very embarrassing.

After this incident, we have been calling customer care and mailing them, but we are not getting any positive response and have not got our money back.

We really faced lot of problems, like:
1. Our voucher refund worth RS.499/- is pending.
2. Our so much time has been wasting on it to following up with them on mails and calls.
3. Every time we need to call them on STD number of NOIDA and they never allow us to talk any senior.
4. Every time they say that our request has been sent to the concern department, but its already been more then 2 months sir, but no positive response.

We have faced so much problem because of them, and it seems, many people are getting problems because of them. So, we would really looking forward if get any help from here, so that they will not make people fool in future.

I had booked a cell phone form this online portal few days back ,,but till now they didn't provide Me with the product not even any of solution or any of reason for the delay from their side. In fact they even don't know that they had delivered the product or not !!! and when asked for the refund they says that they will decide that they will give or not .... their services are so bad they never fulfill their commitments so i will request all the customers not to buy from this online torchure they will deduct money from ur card and after that they forget u ....
