Sir, I am an ex cpl retired from I A F on 2nd Nov 2009 At the time of 5th cpc my pension was fixed at minimum i.e.Rs 1275/-which is of an rank of AC. My particulars are as 290229 cpl Molel Saju of second group Retired on 30th Nov 2009 after completing 15 yr and 22 days of service.Kindly let me know the scale of my pension as per 5th cpc and 6th cpc.The SBI is telling to confirm from the sanctioning authority and then only it will be amended.Kindly guide me in this regard.

Non receipt of revised pension
Sir,
I am a sub, now hony captain (Retired) from army ordnance corps on 31 dec 2009 vide ppo no. S/037774/army/2009. When i was retired my pension was fixed at rs. 10690/-, after bridging gap in pension post retiree (01.01.2006) pensioners have been benefited. Accordingly, the basic pension of sub rank had been revised to rs. 11, 970/-per month. I am still getting my old pension which has not been revised even in the rank of sub as entitled to rs. 11970/- despite govt of india letter dated 08.03.2010 and pcda (P) allahabad circular no. 430 dated 10.03.2010. Aoc records is paying attention that my pension is incorrect and it should be rs. 11970/-. But pcda (P) is not making my corr ppo duly revised of pension instead of singing on tune that they have been issued a corr ppo vide which only dcrg amount was corrected at the old scale. I have made my grievances severely but sr. Accounts officer (Pcda) is refusing on the cost on getting bribes from me. I am not understood that inspite the instructions issued by aoc records, how has such malafide intention of getting bribes from a pensioner (From a soldier of army). I have spent more than 3 years for waiting of my revised pension for which i am entitled for.
Would you, kindly sir, take action for award of revised pension as per aoc records secunderabad letter dated 16 jan 2013 & pcda (P) circular no. 430 dated 10.03.2010 to a retired sub (H/capt)?

I 244683 ex sgt jagannath Bharati was drawing a pension of senior non commission officer ie sgt for the last 37 years but the pension disbursing authority has reduced my pension from the rank of sgt to junior non commissioned officer ie cpl without obtaining the approval from CDA P Allahabad I have appeared before defence pension adalat no.139 held atPune on 7/4/16.They have assured me to send the revised ppo of sgt after verifying the ppo and other documents held with me.

After my husband retired from military on 1-6-1995 and died on 29.09.2015, and my daughter died suddenly because of disease. Two of my sons got married and went separately. I don’t have a job so I depend on my husband’s pension money for living. In this situation because of severe heart problem I’m undergoing some treatment because of that my medical expenses are increasing. Due to severe heart problem I need to undergo continuous treatment. I was depending on the my husband pension money for my treatment and could continue my treatment with pension money. Family pension in favour of Smt Kannika, wife of above named deceased has already been jointly notified vide PCDA (P) Allahabad, the Pension payment order No. S/012069/95 (Army) dated 22 Feb 95 (CTC attached) and the regimental Number- R 14306222 as per above pension order from 2015 onwards since up to last month, I got Rs.24, 169/- per month. But in the month of June 2018 my pension amount credit in my bank account only Rs. 16, 447/- and subsequently month of july decrease to Rs.14902/-., my pension again and again decrease and come down, I am old lady in a very bad health condition I need to meet the cardiologist and under go treatment because of severe heart problem, My account no-[protected] State Bank of India Chinmaya Nagar, Chennai 60, Kaliamman koil Street, Chennai, the bank manager do not clarify the reason, please solve my issue, I can continue my treatment and live for some more days and will be thankful to the help you do for the rest of my life time. Sir I Ex JC 331209L Sub Maj Ajaya Kumar Baliyarsingh retired from service on 01 Nov 2017 from BEG & Centre Roorkee. But passing of one year l don't get my commutation amount and my E PPO also not revised yet so I have drawn 6th pay commission scale. Please revised the E PPO as early as possible. They calculated my pension in group Z as there was written group 2 in my PPO. Now since last 7 years I am getting less pension than my entitlement. Repeatedly contacting them for correction, they are asking for a authority letter saying my correct group.
Please advise me and help me to get my correct entitled pension.
