my complaint is mainly regarding my 60% arear which i have get 30.09.2009. The 60% arear is much less according to the 40% arear given to me. my details are as follow:

It is earnestly requested that the matter be addressed on PRIORITY basis to avoid financial hardships to all officers/jcos/ors.This is one of the major reasons why PMR is on the rise.The brave hearts sweat it out for umteen number of years and they fail to get their dues on time leading to financial hardships which can highly be avoided if the authorities organise themselves in a little more meathodical manner and have a positive ATTITUDE.
I am hoping against hopes that grieveances would be redressed at the earliest and we would be able to draw our pension as per 6th Pay commission, which is long OVERDUE...at the earliest possible.

I No 14257976H CHM (OSS) Deep Chand retired from servie on 30 Jun 2008. After spent over approx one yrear I have not received any type arrear and pay fixation till date. Person serving has aldready been drawing their revised payment. But we have not received arrear of pay as well pension. May I request you to look into the matter and send my dues as early as possible.

I bring to your kind notice that I retired on 30 Sep 08 from Corps of EME. My PPO is issued on old rate. PCDA Allahabd will be issue a new revised pension PPO corrigenda after receiving LPC-CUM-DATA sheet from RO, EME Secunderabad.
The above matter came in notice from PCDA P Allahabad, but we have no any RO email ID or to lodge a complaint/request directly to make inquiry except to visit RO.
Another point is regarding payment of arrears (40% + 60%). Whenever, last date of disbursement of 60% arrear was 30 Sep 09 announced by Min of Finance. Till today 40% arrear is not receive by me. Who I ask about the matter?
So, I request you to send required intimation as above mentioned for getting information from RO, if have you please.

1. After sixth cpc declearation there was some annomalies of airwarriors pension and matter was taken up with MOD and a secretary level committee was formed to look into annomalies and first time there was news in almost all the news paper and tv news channel that one annomalies related to wg cdr and its equivalent pay and 70% pension for PBOR has been recommended by high level committee and accepted by govt of india and very soon notifcation will be issued. But now it is heard (from High officer) that there was no such recommendation of the committee about 70% pension, I think all PBOR can not be foolled like this .I am sure that there was clear news on 70% pension and we were very eagerly waiting for that. But most of the time, it is seen that to support officrs point with govt. PBOR point is also taken up to govt. and when officers point get accepted by govt. most of the PBOR raised point is droped/withdran to get their demand full filled .May I know why it happens so with PBOR? 2. PBOR getting ration money in lieu of full day ration where as officers are getting full ration why not to PBOR. HAL people getting more thanRs. 2400/PM under MOD may i know why?

I am a ACP Naik(Elect) Khonde Gajanan Bhimrao retired from Army Corps of EME wef 28 February 2007. After my retirement almost 3 Years have been lapsed, no revised pension or arrears of pay has been received till now instead the serving personnel already been received the same before 6 months which I can not understand. Most of other Corps people have already been received Pension as well as arrears of Pay.
In view of the above, you are requested to issue necessary instruction to RO EME/PAO (ORS) EME to issue the revised pension and arrears of pay immediately to avoid infructuous correspondence both ends.
