[Resolved]  Deficiency in service by IFFCO TOKIO GEN INSURANCE COMP — Deficiency in service iffco tokio

car Policy 42492048 issue date-24.04.09

I have taken above policy at jamnagar gujrat, at the time of policy IFFCO TOKIO OFFICER committed that you can take cashless repair any AUTHORISE mARUTI WORKSHOP . at the time of accidental repair under prgress at Kiran motors maruti dealer, Himmatnagar denied for cashless repair then i have contacted to iffco tokio ( Mr Jayesh dagli ahmedabad, and Mr himansh chauhan jamnagar) they have committed we shall provide cashless facility but the time of delivery of final vehicle again they forgot the committed for cashless and again denied for cashless repair.
In view of iffco tokio dilema, earlier they have agreed but now they have denied for cashless repair .

Pl help me to resolve the issue. However I have sent a lot of mail to inform this but no single reply received from iffco tokio.
