Dear Sir / Madam,
I hired a cab from delhi Cab on 15th August evening and I was confirmed the booking. I had booked cab from my residence Flat No. 104, Grace Appartments, Behind Divya Prastha Hospital, Plot No. 8, Street No. 5, Raj Nagar Part - I, Palam Colony, New Delhi - 110045 to Domestic Airport. Pick-up was at 5.50 am on 16th August from my residence.
When I didn't get any SMS from delhi Cab about the cab number and the driver's contact number I called them again on about 4.30 am or so in the morning of 16th August and I was told that cab is confirmed and soo I will get SMS with the details.
After getting ready at about 5.35am I called them again as I had not recived any SMS from them till then. I was put on hold for 1 minute and finally told that they donl;t have any cab available with them. My flight was at 7.20am from Doemstic airpost and as per new rules of AAI I had to reach airport by 6.20 by all means. After getting their refusal I had to rush on the road with my luggage to get some alternate transport and found a taxi who charged me Rs. 250.00 to drop at airpost whereas cab's charges were only Rs. 110.00 to 125.00 for the same.
I want to lodge very serious complain against this cab service and want a compansation against the tension and the problem I faced because of their carelessness.
