[Resolved] Delhi Development Authority — Illegal Construction

I am residing at DDA's SFS Flats in Mayur Vihar Phase - 3 for last 10 years. Previously everything was ok here but for last 2-3 years lot of illegal construction is coming up. People modifying there flats and changing the basic structure of DDA. They are extending their flats from exterior and covering open area under their boundaries. All this activity is carried out by coordination with local contractor and DDA officials. The officials take bribe and dont interfere in such activity. Any complaint regarding it is totally ignored. Currently such kind of construction is going on in one flat, this was earlier stopped due to complaint but again started after coordination by DDA official & Contractor. Request the top official of DDA to interfere in such illegal construction and stop it immediately also take strict action against the officials who are involved. Location where illegal construction is going on is as : - FLAT NO. 69A, POCKET-A, SFS FLATS, MAYURI ENCLAVE, MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-3, KONDLI GHAROLI, DELHI-110096. Expecting immediate action. Hi,

I am a resident of SamayPur Badli. I want to bring DDA's attention to some of the illegal construction, done in our area. The roads in our colony are narrow. Over & above, people have extended their house area, by occupying the road area, which makes the road narrower. It is almost impossible for a big car to move out of colony without getting a scratch.
It takes more than half an hour for any car to cover half a km, because it gets jam packed leading to a nuisanse for everyday commuters. We have tried contacting various officials in DDA, but all in vain. Request you to please help.

I am a resident of Westend greens society in Rangpuri Near shiv murti ( Near Hotel Raddisson ), NH-8, New delhi .
I want to bring DDA's attention to some of the illegal construction, done in our area, Mr Jagdish Yadav is day & night contructing a marrige benquit hall in his agriculture land Farm No. 2 Avenue Moulsari just next to the security barrier of Westend greens Farms society in Rangpuri, Near shiv murti, New delhi-37, NH-8,
this will lead to a commercial activity in the society which is illegal & will spoil the calmness of others .We request you to take neccesary actions to stop the same .

Our top flat owner is constructing illegally another floor above 3rd Floor. The police chowki at GTB Enclave has been informed many times, but no action is taken. The DDA/MCD is requested to please verify/check the construction activity and demolish the ILLEGAL construction already made. The construction above the top floor is not only illegal but also will weaken the other flats.

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that an illegal construction in being done at Ground Floor 377, Golden Jublie apartment Rohini New Delhi without any permission of the government body. Mr. S.K Jain has occupied the open area and the back outer area &amp; has dismantled all the inner walls (Load Bearing) so this building can’t withstand the pressure of the Above Floors this will put the lives of residents of this building in DANGER as this building is 20 years old and this might cause this building to collapse. The life’s are at stake. Please help.
