We should file a deficiency of service case against the management. Even after having smart tags, we have to wait behind cash paying users using the tag lanes. In addition, many times cars tailgate w/o paying the toll, which could be cause of accidents. However, the management seems to think that controlling cars at the toll booth is not their responsibility.
I fully agree with Allen. There are lot of commuters who keep on waiting on toll plaza despite having the Tags and there is no one to help. Even the staff present is so rude, they don't even know - How to speak. They are just bothered about money collection. I think people commuting on the highway have to come together against the Toll Authorities, only then things can be changed. Instead of suffering everyday, its better we should suffer for one day and raise our voice.
