[Resolved]  Delhi Gurgaon Expressway — DG EXPRESSWAY : NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

I commute daily from my home to office using the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway KM-24. I am holding a tag which i get it renewed after every month. Now, since I am soon going abroad for long term, I went to the expressway office & have requested the to get change the ownership of my tag to some other name whose supporting documents are being provided, but they are not accepting the genuine case even and are stick to NO. It seems that DG Expressway is now only stealing the money from the customer and should be privatised with the good vendor. They didn't defined any rules for tag and paid customers and the tag customers are now facing problems due to them. I as a consumer and a tax payer feel cheated by the construction company and also by the authority for not taking appropriate actions. Will we let this continue and make matters worse for future generations to come or we plan to take action. I am going to file a written complaint against the company through the RTI and will surely contemplate a legal recourse.

Hi Did you file complaint under RTI. Does it fall under gurgaon or delhi. On 19th night early on 20th at 1 Am I was told that system not working and it was working in few lanes. So they fought and since I was with ladies i paid in cash . They did not issue any receipt and when I argued they gave me one plain paper slip with date, time and stamp and not mention of any amount. I guess this way they money black money which is not accounted for and may be going to some Govt officials. A clear case of corruption and theft. If one try to argue then their entire staff will come and worst is car behind will start honking you. Every one is looting people
Delhi Gurgaon Expressway: Nuisance created by expressway staff, unprofessional attitude

I travel daily from my home to office using Delhi - Gurgaon Expressway (NH-24). Today at around 9:40 am I was at the toll lane 32, the expressway staff abruptly stopped the services of toll gate 32. The toll barrier was open and the staff person was busy fiddling with the computer system. He was not even taking the toll and letting people pass the gate. Everyone was shouting at him and telling to collect the toll manually and enter in the system later but the person was not just standing and laughing at the toll gate.

This is totally unacceptable and there is no reason that why are we paying toll when there is no sense of professionalism.
