But fresh bill no. 237242 date[protected]bill'g cycle 3/2009) doesn't reflect arrears already paid.Please correct records for payment done to enable me to make thepayment .

This is a serious issue, regarding no receiving of bills, no option available to see your bills or generate duplicate bills, recently notices to consumer to replace the defective meters where as most of the consumer can not follow the time consuming procedure and the Jal board inspacters/ touts/ employees are charging unreasonable amount to get the things done while consumer sitting at home. This is one of the worst department in terms of services.

JAL IS MONEY- MONEY LEADS POOR SYSTEM OF DJB TO GENERATE CURRUPTION IN AND AROUND THE DEPARTMENT

SO WE CAN NAME IT DELHI JAL CURRUPTION BOARD.

The i-paid faicility of djb is very good and its time saving, but will you send me the list of e-paiment center/machin

DJB should immediately give details of its site on which consumers can make on line payment of their water bills and also ensure that all water bills due for payment as well as those already paid are also available on line on that site for reference and record of the consumers. This should be accorded priority in the interests of the consumers and to check rampant corruption which is earning bad name for the Board.

I have paid my sepetember bill on 14/09/09 of amount Rs 392 in bill no 126063 dated 04/09/09 in post office and same amount was refflected in next bill in the month of nov 09.Ipersonnely request at jal board Janak Puri.They deducted the same amount and take balance amount.But in third bii in the month of Mar 2010 same amount Rs 412/- added again.So I request you please updated your records to avoid human harrasment.I will be thank full to you.

I have purchased a floor in NEW LAYAL PUR ON 18/03/2009 THE PROPER ADDRESS IS 137 3RD TOP FLOOR NEW LAYAL PUR DELHI 110051.
This floor we have purchased to Mrs SEEMA KASHYAP .that time he gave us a water bill in which due was zero from till date.
But on this plot there are three connection in the same nmae that is Mrs VENUS VERMA now we confused which is our bill oue meter no is 149054. which receipt mrs seema has given us.
So please tell us that how we can check that which is our bill .
