[Resolved]  Delhi Jal Board Online Bill Payment — online bill payment

Dear Sir,

Recently I received a bill of Rs 508 for the water consumption. This bill was ALSO showing a previous outstanding of Rs 253 where as it is already paid vide cheque No. 466828 on Syndicate Bank dated[protected] and debited from my account on[protected]. Passbook entry can be produced if required as a proof of transferring account to Jal Board.

It is not understood why such a blunder is done by a large government organization. Will you refund with other service charges already charged by you and explain the procedure to get it refund.

It is requested to investigate the lapses on your part and take necessary action so that no reoccurrence happens in future.

My self Rakes Talwar I stay at F-42 EAST OF KAILASH. we didn't received drinking water since 3 days. some housekeeper don't leave water for ahead householder's .they keep blocked to the drinking water supply. how ? we dosn't know so kindly locate this matter and take action as soon as possible.

i paid last two water bills online through this site www.jeevandelhi.gov.in
And it's satisfactory for me since the last bill reflects the 2nd last bill
was paid.

Please shut this so called on line bill payment portal of delhi jal board, it is never found in working mode. So why to waste time and money . Please close it for god sake.

Hello, water bill for june 2010 for my connection came with much more higher value as it used to be, first the meter reader shown it as lock, and prepared the bill accordingly, second the bill is geneated on avg. kilo litre basis and they are not changing and preparing the bills on the same basis for the last 3 years and even after continuous reminders they are not changing it.

Delhi Jal Broad website. For the last two year's they are saying that online bill payment is soon. But as of today 03-Aug-10 their website is giving the same message. Only peoples are working in Delhi Jal Broad. They all are madarchode and bhenchode.
