Delhi Jal Board's online bill payment service is not working anymore.It is a big problem to stand in long queues for hours.The Board should renew its online services for the benefit of people.

The competant authority of DJB regaring online payment of water bill should be conveyed so that it may convenience for making payment in time

the site was being browsed to find ways of making on line payment of water bills. there seems to be no portal for this facility. could you pl. guide me?

SUB: VERY HIGH AMOUNT OF MY BILL NO.782178 DT.28.4.2012 FOR Rs.2178/- for on 1 month 8 days – k no.[protected]

I refer to my above Water bill which is very much on the high side. Even for Electricity bill I do not pay of such huge amount.
The Unit used is only 70 unit. I enclose copy of last bill which was only for Rs.881/- and that too for 92 units of the same connection.
There is something wrong in your calculation. Or Reader has wrongly taken the reading on the very high side. How can be so much difference in previous bill which was for Rs.881/- only for 5 months and now bill under complaint has come for Rs.2178 for only 1 month 8 days. It is a clear picture of some mistake at your end. I have paid this bill under protest.
Kindly check and arrange to refund the excess amount paid by me.

I fully agree that Delhi Jal Board doesn't have a consumer helping attitude.Almost all information mentioned at backside of bill are misleading as no e payment is being accepted. Post offices have also stopped taking bill paymewnt besides other banks except corp.bank, Moreover a bill collection center opp.MCD office Rajouri gdn. isn always closed . Telephonically contacted at nos. provided on the board at this site were all ignorant and no fruitful reply. Sushil

So you suggest me right search for on line djb payment ???????? this is very bad happines.

I regret to write that I am not in a position to register with the djb for online payment
as i fail to make a password on the lines suggested by the site. It is ridiculous that
where there sre no chances of fraud they have made the task of registering so difficult.
The should at least provide some examples to clarify how to generate password.
