I am Sanjeev kumar. I have purchased Santro Car (DL2CAE-6978) from MGF Hyundai karol Bagh Delhi on 29 Nov 2009. After 3 months, i have not got my RC certificate. Please help me to provide RC.

I applied for duplicate RC OF MY MOTORBIKE RG NO.DL3SAW4187 more then 4 months ago due to the fact that original was lost.after completing all formalities, they have called me two times and still they are not sending RC.there are lots of touts who wanted commission and could have arranged immediately which I refused.This is the result of honesty in GREAT CORRUPTION FREE INDIA.Can Prime Minister representing AAM ADMI help me here.

i m Durgesh Jha. I have purchased a pulsar-180 from shiva auto gallery in Mangolpuri on 10 installments. I paid all the installments on time except two or three which were paid in delay of 10 to 15 days. I demanded for the RC. They said unless you pay your all dues regarding penalty, we will not give you RC.
After some days i repaid all my dues & again demanded my byke's RC. They said the RC got lost by them and you have to issue yourself. Tell me what i shall do in this regard?
