HELLO I AM DHARMIK FROM AHMEDABAD GUJARAT INDIA.I HAVE COMPLAINED.I PURCHASED A DELL INSPIRION15" BEFORE TEN DAYS. IN THIS LAPTOP ON THE SCREEN ONE PIXEL BECOME A BLANK FROM THE COMPANY FAULT.SO MY LAPTOP IS AS IT IS IN PACKING.SO I REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE SEND A COMPANY FELLOW AS POSSIBLE AS SOON TO SEE AND SOUL MY PROBLEM.THIS IS MY KINDLY REQUEST TO YOU.

Dell/Laptop — Faulty Laptop
I purchase my laptop on dated 08/02/10... in my laptop there is some hardware problem... its dvd wrter not working properly ... it have opning problem.. its push buttn not working .... pl change my laptop as soon as possible... I have purchased the laptop on 20/06/2009 and 1 year warranty ... There is problem in my Laptop... CD&DVD writer, touch pad and adapter is not working properly from last 6 months...I have complained about these problems to company, by telephonic, But till i have not get any service.
So Please change my laptop as soon as possible.
